@@JS-eq6qy you likely are especially if you’re tracking your meals & putting in the work! It can get frustrating when you are only tracking the scale. What helped me “see” changes was taking monthly progress photos & how my clothes started to get loose in certain areas. 😅 And if nothing changes after all the work you put in then it might be helpful to visit a doctor to check if there’s not an underlying condition. You got this! 💪🏻❤️

I started lifting from 9 pounds , shifted to 18 pounds and now I can lift 26 pounds. I give all thr credit to you Heather for pushing us .

There’s a song being played during this that had the words “wave the white flag”, which made me chuckle because my head kept telling me “this is too hard, you can stop”…..I did not stop, and I’m so proud of myself!!! It's so refreshing when you finish a HIIT workout. It definitely went fast. I really like the layout of the program this month. I needed more HIIT workouts in my life.

So I hate cardio...like seriously hate all forms of it apart from walking 😂 but I also know how detrimental it is to our health so I do it anyway. I'm just no longer scared of modifying it to suit me 👌🏻😉 maybe I need a 40 second break between the intense bits, maybe I need to pause for 10 minutes & walk around a bit. All I care about is giving it my all & getting it done 🎉 ✅

The music on this workout brings me back to the earliest days of the pandemic when our Gold's gym closed and we discovered your awesome workouts. Strange how the 1 or 2 recycled songs brought that back. Love 'em though! Great workout. I'm taking an unauthorized break to write this at only 11 minutes in. Need to catch my breath.
Loved this Cardio & Ab combo Definitely had to modify some of the cardio but I still was able to keep my heart rate up. I love ur workouts you keep them challenging . You are the best Heather thank you. ❤❤😊😊
Another great workout! I was planning to repeat this when I complete this. It has been a great workout. Heather mentioned that it is a progression, so not sure if i should start on the Phase two to repeat rather at the beginning with Phase 1.
