    7 a.m. here in Argentina and I started yesterday on day 1 of this program. As a person who does weights and I got bored of it and plateau, the first one with no weights kicked my butt and I almost cannot sit. I feel every muscle in my body and súper excited for day 2 ☺️

    I loved this workout so much! I'm usually not a cardio person and didn't think jumping was for me but when Sydney said there's only 6 mins left I was so bummed. I've never been sad to hear Sydney say we are ready to cool down before this workout 😅

      Me either! I've had several knee surgeries, so I am never a fan of jumping. I powered thru all except one move that I knew would mess me up, so on my bike I went through that whole super set. Kudos for giving it your all!

      Same. Those broad jumps are not easy on older joints! I modified as needed to still get a good workout in -- added in some agility mat work when I knew the broad jumps weren't challenging me enough (because I couldn't really do them well). Way to stick with it, too!

    What a great start to a Sunday! I’m very sweaty. And out of breath. As usual. I feel like I’m getting stronger with the plank exercises 😊 thanks Sydney always for this feel-good effect after a tough workout ❤

    Thank you for putting a timer and rest window! My earphones dont always work the best and i try not to wake my family in the morning (: also hard of hearing so it was a lot easier to just view the timer. Thank you thank you!

    I really wasn’t excited about doing this workout when I saw it was plyo, but I was really pleasantly surprised! Had fun and got a good sweat on. Thanks, Sydney!

    😊I love this cardio workout today! It reminds me of my dancing workout teachers. She would always say you must have a strong core and legs to dance. I crushed this workout! I am a older lady I had to learn my body type to do any kind of workout. Some people have all kind of injuries and health problems! Everyone cannot workout the same. But you can learn how to get the same results by knowing your body type! I have learned doing cardio keep me feeling younger and younger. I always have a lot of energy from doing cardio and dance step with loud music playing!! Plus with all kinds of walking dance step I am a very active person with a back problem. But if you was to see me in person you would not think anything was wrong with little me!! Amazing and excellent workout!!

    I so enjoyed this, my bladder did not. This one will be done again when I need some of Sydney's plyo. Makes me think back to her earlier plyo workouts.

    Ok, I admit that I was very hesitant to try this plyometric workout because I have cranky knees. Well, I did fine and enjoyed it! I realized that I always hesitate to try things because of my knees but consistently doing this program has strengthened my quads and my knees feel much better. I must remember that I really am stronger than I think I am! Plus doing mobility every day has been a game changer 🔥🔥💪💪

    Unfortunately there’s too much jumping for me so I decided to pick other two of your abs and cardio workouts, a little more low impact…transcend day 17 and STF day 17 from a month ago…crushed them💪🏻
