Whew! This was a good cardio burn. The time intervals made it feel more doable. I felt good by the end and was able to kick it up a notch by the last circuit because of how Sydney timed it. Excellent workout!
I was randomly searching for cardio workouts on TH-cam and came across Sydney Cummings. I've done several of her workouts multiple times and LOVE them! And this morning I was researching her more and realized she is local to NC which makes me love her even more, she's practically my neighbor! Thank you Sydney!!

I stepped up the inchworm with pushups!!! The combo with the jump at the top is such a good all body workout ❤ I am sweating like I just ran the 400m race!! Coach Sydney does not hold back in her programs!!! Try it out and you’ll be so happy you did…like me (4 years strong)
Now I know why I stuck around completing phase 1 of the program, it's the amazing pep talk at the end which motivates you to stay accountable and make better choices all throughout the day. I have become so strong mentally and physically over the past 6 weeks . Thank you Sydney :)
As a cardio lover this one was just perfect I really liked the format to 15 seconds work period to 45 seconds and then in the middle switch. Love the variety of exercises too and those mountain climber always a killer. Thank you so so so much !!!
Enjoyed this cardio workout and the format of it too. Something different to mix it up. The cardio was Something everyone could do no matter if you go full out or dial it back. Every exercise was manageable! I felt good at the end of it!

Slowly getting back into the groove of 5am workouts after battling with the Whooping cough for month and a half w/3 babies...now I have to just get my nutrition on point. Last night I ate homemade cinnamon and buttered popcorn-which was DELISH!!! But I would like to clean up my diet a bit and focus more on my proteins! I know once I get the kitchen stuff in order I'll see more results and hit them personal goals😅

Crushed it . Really enjoyed that workout . I got something called egg weights for Christmas and I held those for most of the workout. I know everyone crushed this and is feeling so good
crushed it!!!!!!! i loved this so much and it was so fast!! my 2-1/2 year old atually did the 15 sec mt climbers!!! I didnt know he knew how to do that lol! he also joined me on some other moves! my goal is not only for me to be healthy but to teach my son the same. He made me a proud mama today!

Thank you, Sydney! I've been working out consistently since 2019 but only 15 min or 20 min full body workouts. Never with heavier dumbells, focused areas, or for longer times. I finally decided to go "with the Sydney flow" at the beginning of this year (thanks to a sister who talked you up), and I'm feeling stronger than ever! I have a rugged maniac obstacle course the beginning of July and thanks to you, I'm feeling much better about my upper body strength.
Amazing great for travel when you need a quick cardio burn. ❤❤❤🎉

Was dreading 30 minutes of straight cardio but it flew by. My endurance has improved so much since Week 1!

Today I relied on habit, not motivation, and I left with SO MUCH MORE energy than when I started!
After so long partyo-cardio! Did chest to floor burpees and held plank till the clock hit zero! Thank you Sydney, active rest day!
