@@FreakazoidRobots Check out their Artstation, they have been doing this for at least 5 years. Use it as a goal line, thats how I dont get intimidated by their work.
I tell myself though that I need to be just as good in half the time though so I can push myself.

Watched a couple of people trying to model Jinx, but this one is absolutely amazing.

I must have rewatched this at least three times, in its entirety. This is phenomenal work, and I think one of the best recreations of Jinx's likeness. And great attention to detail. I'm going to be rewatching this even more to learn from it.
I love it! It's my favorite sculpture of Jinx by far, and of course, it's a great motivation to me for keep learning 3D.
I will never have the self confidence to show the world my modeling process (and even less after watching how flawless yours is). I'm in genuine awe of your work!

I agree. Love Flycats final results. Especially for likeness and appeal of characters. The top TH-camr for sure. Not that the others aren't good like Yansculpt who is one of the most popular. It's just that he doesn't capture the likeness but does an incredible job and technique. Lots of great character modeling vids in Blender though. So inspiring. I need to get better at Blender soon.

@@itachi7976 it seems like you don’t know what a tutorial is. Using a tutorial doesn’t make it someone else’s talent any more than using project files. I can already see the finished product here so why would i want to buy it?
This definitely is my favourite video from yours channel so far, I loved the show and I think you did an insane job with all the little details keep up the work man.

ive only started playing around blender for 2 weeks and it's hard for me to fathom how many hours had to be put into this to be this good. Damn.
Great work. Arcane was really amazing series. Jinx was so complex character and not the Riot's version of Harley Quinn as i thought she would be. This video encouraged me to try create whole character not only a few important elements for my posters.
Fun fact riot made it as well lol.
They kept everything in house so they did make her... and the harely in lol is still jinx but better lol.. she crazy all the time.

This is absolutely incredible. Your efficiency in sculpting so quickly and precisely is actually really inspiring. I want to get better at blender. Took me about a month to figure out how to get from spawn cube to the frame of a house and now I want to try working on organic and fabric forms. Awesome work here!
So you learned to extrude the cube and move it around in a month. You gotta put in the work dude, consume tutorials like it's food! Let's go! Farm that shit like it's fishing for consumables in WoW! ;)

So talented. Looking at these videos, I really regret that my life is not related to art. I work in an unrelated field to support my family. I hope when retired, I have enough strength left to continue my love for art, clay sculpting, painting, 3D modeling...don't know yet but, it's definitely still in me.
please start doing it as soon as possible. you will regret it more if you don't. you have only 1 life, don't put it all into supporting your family only.

you receive my like for that awesome braid technique alone! Very clean character and workflow, I knew Blender had picked up on the sculpting side but seeing how fluid it could be going from sculpt/box model/texture/ rigging/ lighting render was really exciting especially with Maxon buying zbrush t__t , adobe absorbing substance into the cloud and maya feeling like driving a tractor at this point. Blender seems the way to go for personal and indie work!

It's amazing how you got a pretty decent model at minute 11 but added so many details that you needed another hour of video
Even as dedicated 3ds max modeler, I am glad to see Blender rising to the top. The amount of money autodesk is charging for 3dsmax is simply put ridiculous, especially when there's a free software like Blender that does almost everything better lately.
Never realized I could learn so much from timelapses!
In the future, did you think you'll try another "no sculpting" timelapse like with Neeko? Preferably something more human?

@@kingarzal1502 Anything organic shaped is really difficult to model without sculpting.

@@kingarzal1502 depends on your sculpting ability vs hard surface modelling ability. generally tho, organic shapes are hard without sculpting. especially detailed ones. you don't see much realistic human characters made with poly modelling do you?
