      @@majesticgirlgames hi actually i want to ask you that i want to grow my glutes and watching many workout videos i am confuse that how i have to make workout schedule and which workout can i do at home ..i have dumbbells and resistance bands..i was only doing glute activation as my workout ...and also talking about diet i don't have any weighing machine in which i can measure the quantity of protein which i have to intake..and in how much quantity do i have to consume for growing my glutes ..can you help me?

      @@harshitasharma4818 I am still learning everyday as I go! If you are only working out at home you should invest in ankle weights and more dumbbells as well as tighter resistance bands. As far as protein, I make it a goal to eat 4 protein heavy meals a day. If you would like to gain, you want to eat 0.8g of protein per lb of your body weight (you should be able to calculate how much you need on google). Whether or not you want to count your calories and such is totally up to you. You can do this. If you want more variety for at home workout videos, I recommend Janekate Fitness. She’s always doing something different which will help shock your muscles.

    Your side glute workouts have made such a difference. I have been weight lifting for years, and the results I have seen from your home and gym workout alone in 5 months far exceed my results of several years.     I love your glute/hamstring definition and balance! They are very proportional. I'm trying to get my legs proportional like that! I think proportion makes a person's physique looks really good. Good job on your workouts, very inspiring!

    This was crazy. It was so painful and l could feel the tension all over my bum which is epic and is exactly what l want. Now am gonna try to do this everyday. Let’s see how far my bum will grow. Thank U Anna

      Don’t forget your body needs to rest too, in order for the muscles to grow you need to eat enough and rest enough or else you won’t see results, don’t train the same muscle daily.

      @@Arielcamacho60 i do these exercises every night, and the muscles relax the next day. I done this for a week and i don't see any progress (or I'm just being impatient 😂😂) but is that alright, like is that part of the process?

    We wouldn’t have a lockdown here, but I still wouldn’t go to a gym yet. I’ve slept on at home workouts for building muscle

      @@blissbabe I think it may be possible with a good weight. I havent given bands a real try. Also, some exercises can be made more challenging; i.e. hip thrusts with ~30 or 50 lbs done unilaterally
      Shredding or toning up can be easier to get done with no gym, but on the plus side, building muscle takes rest days, so it just needs a few times per week.

      for me, i use the method of doing these workouts every night, basically done this the whole week. Your body will start to feel the burn, but that's part of the process ☺️!! Keep this up for around 2 or 3 weeks..maybe you'll see some growth!

    this is probably a stupid question but when you said do it 4x you mean play the video 4 times or do each workout 4x before moving on to the next (bare with me I'm at the beginning of the beginners level)

      You’ll do each exercise 4 times. You can pause/replay an exercise 4 times before moving on to the next one, or watch the entire video 4 times to complete the full workout.

      You know, I was thinking same thing….I have the thicker ones too…I’m planning to get the thin/rubber ones like she has…I think you can get more of a stretch & range of motion with those..😊💕👌🏾

      I've had the thinner rubber ones but I had a issue with them flipping over. I kept having to straighten them out during the workout. That's why I brought the thicker ones but maybe it was the brand I had.
