    Ladies don't neglect chest, shoulder, and back! Sure my boobs have gotten smaller BUT they have gotten so lifted! My nipples no longer touch my stomach! Or look so sad. They are so much more perky now! Smaller, but way nicer, firmer, and rounder. I regularly bench press heavy weight, chest flys, lat pull downs, shoulder press, later raises, rows and just different variations of those. I have a 4 day split. Full body 2x, then upper day / lower day the two days after. It's great cuz I hit everybody part 3x a week and enjoy the variety. Don't just focus on legs! I recommend beginners do full body 2-3x a week, which is what I have my friend doing currently. I'm in love with training! It's been 1.5 years, consistency is key! I'd never see these results if I stopped 6 months ago

    I absolutely LOVE this video ! I prefer to workout early in the morning in my appartement and this workout is quiet. Plus I like how you don't talk during the workout part, so I can put my own music. ❤️❤️
    May I suggest to put a tiny image or a gif of the next exercise during the rest period ? So that we're ready and positioned when the rest time is over

    LADIES! dont forget doing chest exerciese wont give you big boobs or all a sudden lift saggy boobs!!!!! They just help and tighten your muscles to an extent. And if youve been following me for a while you know i got my boobs done BUT i still do chest and upper body for that toned and somewhat muscular look!!! thats my preference and even tho i got my boobs done guess what they still sag lol

    So glad I found this vid, the other chest vid I was doing wasn’t so effective (felt too easy) but this I did it 2x with other upper body workouts and I felt it, a good burn. Definitely gonna add it to my arms/back day routine

    I found this workout a little hard to follow because I can’t keep my eyes on the screen. It would be very helpful if there was a sound or something to let us know when to go to the next move, as well as a preview of the next move during the break

      You should break your upper body into two different types…. Shoulders…Triceps(one day)… Back Biceps (Another) Chest day (for another). She is mostly doing stuff for triceps/ kinda biceps. Skull crushers… shoulder fly’s…

      I understand what u are saying the beeps at the ending of each excercis but even if she had the thumbnail of what is coming up next, you stll have to turn yyour head to look....you coud posittin yourself so tha your monitor is where your feet is or straight ahead of you o abit to the side.

    what the f$%^ with all the whining comments about having no beeps or mentions of following moves 😆. People did you have to pay for this video? She's put together a solid DB workout for free. Set up a timer on your phone and have each exercise written down to follow. She has commented she used 10lb DB's for this workout far down in the comments. Don't use that as a golden rule though, everybody is at a different level. I was able to push it to 15lbs on a few of these but struggled with only 8lbs on 1 of the moves. One weight does not fit all.
    ANNABELLE; thank you for this video and your others I have tried. Today was my upper body and I was NOT feeling the video I has selected from somebody else. Stuck though 25 minutes of it and switched to your DB chest vid. I only did yours twice as I had 25 minutes down already for the day, but boy did it feel good and I had fun/enjoyed doing it. I will keep this one in rotation for my upper body days. Can't wait to give your DB Back vid a try.

    For the first time in a long time, after months of trying to find the right chest work out, it seems this is the one. I could actually feel my pecs shaking as i got tired. I could really feel it working!!! So excited to do this more

      @@privilegephakathi3494 It actually seems to be making a difference. I don't even do it x3. I also do it with 15lbs. Just 1x thoroughly with 15 lbs mixed with a high protein diet 👍👍 you got this!!

    As a young woman who was a DDD at one point but obese, then poverty and work took over and I was like an A/B cup and underweight, and NOW I'm working out still but eating better and I'm a C/D. I've read the comments and all and sincerely if rounding them out is all this is gonna do while making them even MORE small I think I'll skip. Retain what's left of them and push up what's left lmao. However GOOD LUCK WITH EVERYONES FITNESS JOURNEY ITS NEVER EASY BUT YOU CAN DO THIS.

    I've been doing these exercises. I've noticed more of a difference in my arms and shoulders than I have my chest but overall, I'm starting to like the results

    Hi Annabelle I’m wondering if I can ask you a question. I’m 5’3 and 76kg and I do weightlifting. I was actually currently doing a cut to lose fat but I think I’ve changed my mind. I have a body goal that I’m trying to achieve which is to look curvy and fit. I’m trying to build a bigger bum and. Build muscle to look fit. I have a bit of a high body fat percentage and I don’t know if I should be in a calorie surplus or lower my calories or my goal?

      Yes, this workout engages both triceps and biceps as well as your shoulders, however the primary muscles worked is chest 😊

    Which dumbbells are you using and how many kg each? I really need to get some, but I can’t find any good ones worth buying x

      I personally used 10lbs dumbbells, however, it's more beneficial to do lower weight a more reps. I recommend 5lbs or even 2lbs.

      for some of them i used 2 8lbs, the single ones I used 15lbs and for some of the harder ones I used 2 3lbs although those were easy
