      Hello. Thanks for your time and attention. After a fall, on my back, where I used my palms to soothe, about three months ago, a pain started in my thumb that radiated to my arm and neck to ear height during this period until it culminated in strong pain that is already well relieved due to the use of menthol with methyl silicate and reduced activities in the affected area. can the master please indicate a treatment/massage for a good recovery in these cases?

    Dear brother Insight you have been a true inspiration to my life as I have written before you are a gifted soul on Mother Earth. I have multiple disorders including neurological 😢disorders that affected my functioning in this life. I believe you have healed me from many conditions. I had severe asthma attacks daily, the doctors stopped my meds and with your breathing sessions and have learned to breathe again, I suffered from mild cataracts and excessive dry eye syndrome, since this video with my glasses I consider myself healed. You are a hope, a cure, an angel for all communities. Namaste I would like to reach you further and share with you how much more you have healed me ❤

    Brother Insight's Qigong Meditation exercises are the best of all the TH-cam Qigong demonstrations. His energy is so wonderful, peaceful and sincere. What a beautiful human being! All his videos are very helpful.

    I live in an apartment in an area that was built on swampland and it tends to be very humid inside, so I am constantly battling indoor allergies and sinus trouble. It seems to have turned into a war recently between me and that - I am trying hard not to get sick and let western medicine suck me into its machine - so this will become a part of my arsenal now. I can feel how beneficial it is just from doing these massage techniques just once.

    I especially love your slow, peaceful manner - and the setting is gorgeous!
    I was also taught that the ear is an upside-down foetus. So gently massage the outside of the ear to 'wake' the body...(start at 'head'/ear lobe). Thankyou brother! 🙏🙏🙏
