    Dear Thich Man Tue,, I Iove your videos, thank you for being so wonderful! You see, I am not healthy and so, cannot do more serious exercises, which is very bad. But. I can easily follow these exercises and it helps me so much! This way I can do something for myself even on my very bad days. I often just do them in my bed. I think it is very important to exercise, so these easy routines are great for people trying to heal themselves! Thank you!!!🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️
