    Girl your workouts have TRANSFORMED my body completely! I used to be a ballet dancer and have always had a hard time finding workouts that push me the way dance did and also could get my body back to what it was. Your workouts have done the trick and I will continue to do them daily ❤️❤️

    SUPER LIKE this one!!! I didn't expect to sweat so much as I was thinking to have an easy workout on Monday night 🤭that's why I chose an all-standing Pilates but this one is awesome and I noticed that my balance has improved so much (not falling while standing on one leg anymore). The mental and physical transformation happening with me is incredible. Your work is simply amazing💞

    I used to skip your pilates workouts because I am more of the Hiit peson, but now that I have tried them I am hooked. Do them in the morning and I see it defines my muscles in a different way. thanks ! Still waiting for a long christmas standing intense workout though :)

      Same! I ordered a new mat and it hasn’t come yet and I have hardwood floors so I know it would have killed my back on the ground.

    Amazing workout 💗 thank you for doing standing Pilates it has helped with my recovery mentally mostly. I have a neurological disorder and my left hand is in a paralysed state permanently so I can’t lift weights or lean both hands on the floor I can just manage but it’s uncomfortable for my hand. A huge thank you as I’ve always loved working out now I feel whole again. All your workouts are fantastic so many thanks to you ❤️🙏

    Pilates has become my favorite method of strength training & I definitely feel the heat! 🔥
    I didn't think that I could do the Raised Heels Deep Squat but I was able to; I just hope my knees are fine later! 😀

    Back again b/c this is such a great workout! High intensity (HIIT) yet very gentle, deliberate, controlled. Exceptional workout especially for those of us with chronic/long-term joint issues ... old injuries from 25+ years ago that didn't bother me then but have taken up residence deep in my muscles, ligaments, joints & other soft-tissues. I will bookmark ALL of your all-standing pilate workouts. Thank you Eleni.

    This is such a beautiful workout! No crazy jumping but instead you get graceful movements that elongates your body and improves your balance. You would workout a sweat too! ❤❤❤

    If you scroll through this video, do NOT be turned off by the seemingly slow movements. I am a seasoned HIIT workout girl, and this had me SWEATING. Many lateral movements as well, which most HIITs do not include.
