    got a good sweat going, and enjoyed the pace and flow of movment-but had to figure out some modifications on my own because I am not as strong as you yet, I would appreciate some modification suggestions in the video to make it more accesable to people who are buildiing up their strength! thank you!!!

    I did NOT want to do a TB workout with weights today and your workout was Perfect! Thankyou and keep these coming....I can also feel my lower back getting stronger which is needed do to some Sciatica.     Thanks so much, this was really nice. It was the perfect balance of relaxing and challenging, I could get my heart rate up and sweat a little bit without feeling like it was a tough workout. I am trying to shift my focus on exercising to feel good in my body and this really hit the spot. I used to go to the gym every single day and do really intense heavy weightlifting workouts and just punish my body from a place of self-loathing but now I am trying to do things that feel GOOD and find balance. Thank you so much, this was really healing for me.❤❤❤

    I really enjoyed this. I stopped doing HIIT and weights in the morning as I get so tired in the morning. I have 3 babies under 3 I cannot afford to be sleepy after exercising I need to have energy after exercising. Although my movement and posture needs work I really enjoyed it. Thank you
