    5th time... Woke up at 3am because of sciatica pain, got up at 4am, tried yoga but it didn't help. I just did your pilates once again and I finally found some pain relief. Thank you Olivia !!

    6th time... another sciatica, another pilates session to try to alleviate the pain. I will re-do all your pilates sessions in the next weeks and it would be great if you had some new ones in store for us... I'll keep my eyes open !

    Thank you so much for this standing Pilates exercise. I have things wrong with both my feet and can only exercise wearing trainers, this routine allows for me to do it without pain. Trainers don’t allow me to be elegant like yourself, well that’s my excuse but I do try. 😊 I really enjoyed this workout, please, if it proves popular with other people, could you do another one?

    This is definitely going into my favourite pilates workouts. I love the flow, I'm sweaty and out of breath. I will surely go back to this one on a regular basis. Thank you Olivia !

    I held 1kg dumbbells in each hand and had 2kg ankle weights on to make this even spicier. Loved the flow. Thank you x

    Oh my gosh Olivia that’s exactly what my body needed today! First day of the dreaded Aunt Flo… that was sooooo therapeutic and made me sweat!!! I was not nearly as graceful but I tried! I loved it!! Thank you so much doll 😘

    This was an amazing workout. I’m struggling with wrist and back pain so I really love this not only worked my legs, but also my core and posture!

    Well that was so sweat inducing! I had to put my legs down for all those balance moves because my right knee is not stable enough. I’m no more near as elegant as you doing those moves either lol

    Do a knee friendly one like this?!? I absolutely loved this but my one knee was killing me the next day. It’s been acting up a little but I think it’s me doing a lot of jumping and lunges and squats.

    Big fan of your walking workouts but this one is fantastic!🎉 Everything is great - I dont need mat or equipment, the music is awesome and one day after this workout I can feel my glutes sooo much! 🍑 I'd love more standing pilates workouts from you! 😊Pozdrawiam 😊

    I came across this Pilate session this morning and I did the exercise in the park. I like it but there is one set back. When there is a short 5 - 10 seconds rest after the exercise where you show a preview of the next exercise why do you darken the screen? We cannot see clearly what the next exercise will be like. I gave up halfway. You shouldn't darken the screen when you show the preview. You should show the preview in a bright background or show the preview in a small window. Hope you can change the format. Thank you.

    I love the workouts, but maybe a 15-second break instead of just 10 would be better, especially since the exercises last 50 seconds (other channels have 10 sec break and 30 sec exercises) and are pretty intense. Also, it'd be better to mix it up with exercises for different body parts. Start with legs and follow right away with something else. Right now, the first few minutes are all about the legs, and it gets exhausting.
