This standing Pilates workout was so good for me. I have several problems with my feet and ankles and can only workout using trainers, this standing one was without doubt one of the best I’ve tried. Many thanks for taking the time to plan and film this workout.
This is another amazing workout. The movements are so controlled, & the pace slower than a typical standing workout. The emphasis is on balance (felt very ballet to me--but I've never done ballet). Put it all together and you have a solid workout. The gentle pace & the emphasis on control, precision & balance make it also very safe for any who may be recovering from injury or easing back after illness, break or who just need a less intense pace. It is still intense, but the pace is very deliberate--not rushed. Masterfully put together & led by our instruction extraordinaire, Eleni.

Gosh, I just love your workouts!! The endless ways you combine moves, I never feel bored or complacent. It’s a good challenge and keeps me present. And, I’m so happy I can get a sweat going and feel like I spent that 30 minutes productively without having to jump around. Really great! I do training with You for 3 months almost every day. Each day I choose max option I'm able to do. I feel wonderfull, my body looks better and I feel better. After training I work on my splits and every day I'm closer! #power Thank You Eleni
