Interesting, but aren't you stabbing in the dark without a feedback loop? On a Dyno you get the O2 sensor en you can see what the tune does but here you don't see anything or do I misunderstand ?
@@seanhaywood7946 Yeah I've since this post tried it myself and it does help with smoother pickup and overall response. For peak performance I would recommend a dyno session and map from measurements.

It’s more of an educated guess when you can see exactly what’s going on with the standard map. All you are doing is smoothing it out to fill the voids

Great explanation, going to use this video to try and remove the hole around the 3-4k rpm. Did you experience any issues with raising the rev limit?
