    I have very recently started looking after my physical health more and thought I'd try home workouts. As someone who has always been afraid of exercise due to having been bullied at school etc I found this video, and your others, so gentle yet encouraging.     Love this! Recovering alter being injured, great workout, more dynamic than with weights and I can adjust to my own needs! Plus very little repeat = fun!

    I am recovering from surgery and my doctor said to start incorporating light lower body exercises (I generally use weights so bands aren't really my thing) but this got me sweating for sure! Loved it and def will be doing more of your workouts!

    Wow! I really loved this workout! I've been looking for more creative uses of looped resistance bands for lower body workouts!
    I paired this video with a 12 min Pamela Reif booty workout and I can say for sure it was a great session today!
