Amazing workout!!! Been using mini bands for about a year now following other you tubers with not much noticeable difference. This workout and your arm workout - wow!! After 3 weeks I’ve noticed more leg and arm definition than after a year of the other workouts! Thank you xx
Love this! Recovering alter being injured, great workout, more dynamic than with weights and I can adjust to my own needs! Plus very little repeat = fun!

I am recovering from surgery and my doctor said to start incorporating light lower body exercises (I generally use weights so bands aren't really my thing) but this got me sweating for sure! Loved it and def will be doing more of your workouts!
