    "30 minutes is good amount of time for the body" thank you so much for this healing comment! that's just about how much energy I have at the end of a busy work day and it's so nice to be encouraged and told that's great instead of hearing a workout video pushing you to get an hour of exercise in everyday. love your energy!

      So you like what you wanted to hear. Cool.
      30 minutes is obviously good but if you really put in the effort to push your body beyond your comfort zone.
      I am a Crossfitter and most of my workouts do not stretch beyond the 25 minute mark but the workouts are intense but so much fun. That is the only way you will get results. I have seen a TON of people take it super easy like having a nice easy stroll on the beach and achieve zero results.
      This video too, obviously, she cannot show the intensity but you gotta push yourself and focus on the muscle movement. Good luck with you journey ;)

      @@spyk_316 keep in mind that not every one works out to better their physique but just to be healthier. 30 minutes of work out every day is completely fine for an average person

      Hi Tamara! Sorry for replying here but I thought to reply directly to you instead of in the other thread! Thanks for your advice and encouragement! I have since ordered the lightest bands. It is yellow coloured and the most beginner but it is still really hard. 😟 My mom does a red band which is the strongest level.

    Thank you so much! I found this video at 2:30 AM and thought I would try it. I am an obese wife trying to find ways to lose weight and stop feeling so ashamed of myself. I have thought about going to the gym, which I used to do. But due to a move coming in the next few weeks I cannot justify renewing my gym membership . I borrowed my mom's mini exercise band and followed along and I think this combined with walks around my neighborhood should set me up to become healthier before my husband and I move to our duty station... Thank you!❤❤

      Hi! Just wanted to add something here. I'm a 24 y.o. girl and for as long as I remember I've always been fat or obese. My weight has fluctuated a lot during the years depending on stress, but I weight more than I should. I feel ashamed of it, and no talking about self-esteeme and shopping for clothes. I've been walking for the last 3 months, trying to eat healthier and I've just begun exercising (+ walking) a couple of weeks ago. I've lost 10 kg so far! There's another 10 kg I need to lose to be on a healthy weight, but I'm getting there.
      My point is, YOU CAN DO IT, and I hope you do! Have a nive day!

    Great exercises and instructions!
    I'm a long distance truck driver with my husband and your session is great to manage in the truck at a small given space while my husband is driving. It's very though to keep in shape living in the truck. 👋🙏

    As a beginner to working out, i tried this using a light band (every week I'm hoping to go up a level 🤞🏻 ) and let me tell you I still felt a burn 🔥 so I'm so incredibly proud of myself, thank you so much! I felt like I got a good workout 💖 this is definitely going to be a daily watch 😁

    I’m definitely going to keep working out at home because it’s so much more convenient and I don’t have much time in my day since I’m in university Monday to Friday 9-5! Since lockdown I’ve been doing your workouts and I’ve seen such amazing results. Not just in my appearance but also my strength, I can feel a huge difference in the way I exercise (I have more control and stability???) and it’s amazing! I bought some resistance bands and a skipping rope yesterday but I had no idea how to use them. I noticed you’d uploaded and I’ve just finished this workout now (ouch) haha! Thank you so much 💕

    This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I’ve never been able to find the perfect resistance band workout that encompasses the right muscles that I want to train. This workout made me feel so loose afterwards and I feel like I worked out muscles that I’ve never even felt before it was perfect thank you!

    I’m healing from a foot fracture and this was a perfect workout for me! I’m a runner and miss running a lot. This helped bring me out of a funk and feel like I did something good for my body today. :)

    I hurt my legs. Following along and doing this whiling on a chair. It helps boost energy level as well as distracts from the pain of the injuries so I don't just sit on my butt feeling sorry for myself. Thanks for putting this together.

    Thank you Zanna, enjoyed your Upper Body resistance band workout soooo much, I've been using bands for last 4 years intermittently but always on lower body, your video is the first one that has shown me how to work upper body with the bands, I used my heaviest band throughout, it was challenging !! You didn't over instruct the class, a lot of workout videos are too much uneccesary explaining between each exercise and I just give up, your class was continuous and the coaching points were all easy to follow. I am 60 year old woman but have always been seriously into fitness, running, cave training, kettle classes, boot camp and HIIT and strength training, since hitting 50 I've had to re-think how I keep fit since my knees are shot and an old plantar facitis foot injury has ended my running days SO now I swim and cycle and have made a home gym in the garage where I strength train with weights and use a Watt / Spin Bike, Treadmill and Elliptical trainer for cardio. Resistance band training is something I've been wanting to get more into due to it being much easier on my aging joints and thanks to your class I've found a way to be able to use them much more.
    Yes, like you I have found working out from home much more convenient, especially on dark winter nights. During the lock downs youTube videos have been a game changer for me, I don't have to worry about classes being overbooked anymore, I can just choose my own from the 100's online and they are all free!!! I do sometimes miss being in a group of like minded others but I've always been self motivated so have found more pros thats cons for home workouts. Keep up the good work Zanna and yes your rubber plant is looking 'lush'.

    3 years later, I can say I am still working out from home, now to save money. Having all the equipments purchased during the pandemic, I can comfortably do my exercises. Your video is now on my weekly workout plan! Thank you!

    Just found your channel. After a health crisis filled year I am on the mend. However my muscles wasted away during that time and I am taking up disc golf for recovery purposes.     Thanks for the vid, Zanna; I'm an out of shape senior citizen, trying to get back in shape. These small band workouts are great - especially if you're traveling. There are two things I miss about the gym: 1. the jacuzzi; 2. the sauna. What I don't miss about the gym: the strutting male peacocks preening around the place.

    Thank you so much. I am trying to get back at my contemporary dance and weights workout after an operation. Its been hard. Your workout gives me exercise I can do at home the days i cant go to the gym nor to dance because of the pain or simply because some days I still dont have the strength.       @@rupinjeremiah9589 I used some ordinary rubber band. I had three or four of them, each with different "weight". They are frequently sold in sets like "easy-medium-hard" or so, and you can just choose which one is better. If I feel it is hard for me, I just take a lighter band, that's all

      Hi! What kind of band did you use? I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. My mom told that this lesson will help me build very thick strong arms, great self worth and confidence! I am a man and did this lesson with my mom's resistance band. It was really hard for me. I could not stretch the band at all :( Am I very weak? My mom did the full lesson the band. As an example, It takes me 5-7 trips to carry the groceries while it takes my mom 1 trip.

    That was a really good workout, thanks so much. I'm not gonna lie... Since having kids and going through menopause, I am struggling to keep fit and lose weight. I used to run and I was keep fit queen. Now I need doable, short and kind workouts and this was perfect. You can add higher resistance too which is useful for when it gets easier! Thanks for taking the time to do these ♥️

    This is the only home workout I’ve done that I’ve felt the burn all over my arms. I have weak knees building arms at home is hard but I have resistance bands here and this is perfect!! Adding to my routine, thank you!!💗

    I have been using this and your other arm workout alternatively each week. Like that it is not just music but you describe perfect form. Should also include a stretch to complete.

    May just stick to at home workouts! Gym memberships are expensive and with COVID, finances have definitely been a concern. I’ve had my hands for a while but never did anything useful so cheers to these workouts!

    I loved this one! Was just looking for a resistance band arm workout and I fell in love 🤩💖i did this one twice as well.
    Definitely sticking with home workouts 💖 cause u r right, they are so convenient and comfortable. The gym is great because of the space, the equipment and the coaches of course, but the resistance bands and these videos are a great way to have your training anytime anywhere!
