Used to be pretty heavy into working out, long story short, got sick and haven't been able do anything more than climb a set of stairs once a day for a year. Ive been getting back into working out in the past monthish and this was amazing!!! Got me sweating like i used to (even tho i would have considered this easy a year and a half ago, my body is taking me back to square one lol) THANK YOU SO MUCH❤❤
I don't really have a fitness goal, just restless leg syndrome, and these exercises felt like heaven. And after I was done, my legs definitely weren't restless anymore 😂

I'm 24 years old and I have 164cm in hight. I'm in underweight... I have to gain my weight & muscles.. So is these workout suitable for me?? Please rply this I'm in very stressful situation because of my full body very skinny 😢😪
Hi! My recommendation would be to focus heavily on a good sustainable diet low in trans fat and processed sugar. Consume healthy starches and don’t skip meals. Working out this hard without eating well would only increase your body’s tendency to lose weight. You can also have drinks! Make things link peanut butter shakes, banana and oats shakes, etc. You can do this!!!
