Hey y'all!
Welcome to another tutorial! In this video, I'll show you how I make this easy cornbread casserole using Jiffy boxed muffin mix. It's sweet, creamy, delicious, and so easy. I think you'll be adding this one to your recipe box. Enjoy💋
This is what you'll need; I'll show you what to do:
1box Jiffy
1 stick of butter *melted
8oz of sour cream
1can of cream style corn *not drained
1 can of whole kernel corn *drained

My sister brought this recipe into the family in the early 90's. Only ours uses 8 oz. cream cheese instead of sour cream. The trick is to soften the butter and cream cheese to just where you can whisk leaving chunks of cream cheese in the mix. Then add the corns and the Jiffy mix. It adds another layer of flavor.

OMG! This looks amazing! I have been searching and searching youtube for a good cornbread recipe and I have finally found it, thank you so much, going to make this for my son's bday coming up on Monday instead of a regular old cake! I will be putting the cheese, jalapeno's, green onions and bacon in it as you suggested to make it like a mini meal, I know he's just gonna love it! Thank you again and God Bless!

I add 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1/4 cup sugar plus 2 Tbsp., and 4 Tablespoons of fresh squeezed orange juice, and some orange zest (1 Tbsp.). Then I add whipped cream to top it, and it is dessert like and delicious!
So what you are saying is you completely changed the recipe!

Good afternoon Rita. I dare say that food is one of, if not THE VERY BEST, ways to bridge the canyons that our society has created between people. Breaking bread has been a way of promoting peace and fellowship for centuries and your dishes and caring attitude speak volumes to this point.
That being said, I am planning on using your recipes this evening for my family. We have been around the world and tried numerous cuisines but, I feel that we have neglected to dive into the one on very our own doorstep. Thank you for helping me realize this and I wish you the very best.

I used your recipe for Thanksgiving and I doubled it like you had suggested and the family absolutely went crazy over it it was delicious it was everything that you said and two of my kids we're hoping that it would taste as good as what they had at a restaurant they couldn't say nothing but smack their mouth.
