Easy, Creamy Corn Pudding-Corn Casserole-Jiffy Mix-So Good!

- Perfect for your holiday meals!
Ingredients
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of creamed corn
1 cup of sour cream
1 stick of melted butter (1/2 cup)
2 eggs
1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
Throw all of those ingredients in a bowl and mix them up.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8 baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. The exact baking time will depend on the exact size pan you use, so just be sure to watch the casserole closely. You’ll know it is done when the center is completely set. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

What in the entire hell have I been doing with my life. I have dreamed about the first time I tasted this years ago but never ever thought I could do this. Now look. I know its silly of me but I am truly grateful I came across this. Definitely fixing this for dinner tonight. I am a new subbie! You are awesome!

I was round here putting a little corn meal, milk, butter and flour in a pan with corn just to satify the thought of what the real tastes like. My kids be like YEEEEEAAAA my mama cooking that fried corn pudding yall but Im gone have to come clean tonight and pop the real thing in the oven. Me and the hubby may make baby #7...I guess you can tell Im excited 😁. I left the story an hour ago getting all I need. I will update you soon. Again, glad I found you!!! Until next time👀👀👀

@@southerngirlcooks Sooo, about last night. While no baby was made, thank you Jesus for realizing I was exaggerating and was just excited about this dish,lol, it turned out great! Just in time for Thanksgiving. This will be the dish I brink to the family's dinner. I was the last to lay down, everyone was full and knocked out. I wasn't even mad that they left me up to do dishes. It was worth it. Thank you again for the video and most of all for the laughter! Be blessed!

I just got back from Gatlinburg TN and a breakfast restaurant we ate at had something called “Cherokee Sweet Corn Pone” It was soooo delicious. I’m hoping this is what it was. It looks similar. It definitely had cornbread and corn in it with some cranberries. I can’t wait to try it! I’ll just add the cranberries in mine. Thanks for sharing!

I tried this last night...it was sooooo good! Thanks for the recipe! I have a sweet tooth so I added a little sweetener to it and it still came out great! I loved the texture of this recipe because it was not too wet, like a lot of other corn pudding recipes I have seen! It is nice, creamy and delicious! Thanks!
