    Every way excellent video. I am 61 yr. Woman and have osteeo arthritis from 4-5 yrs ,I became hope less after trying many knee exercises which gave me increased pain.

    Hello dear Shaheeda! My love and blessings!
    I fell down on the road 4 yrs . Back.
    My right knee gor hurt but no major injury found in MRI or X-RAY.
    But since then I suffer from pain on the left side of my right knee cap. After any exercise or walk the pain increases. Chubhne jaisa dard ek point per hota hai.
    But I could do these exercises of your above video.
    Will this cure my pain as drs. Say it's arthritis?
    And should I not do other asanas till my knee get cured , because doing any other asanas increase my pain.
    I will really be greatfull if you answer both my queries .
    I am 61 yrs old woman.
