Ma'am mujhe paralysis hua hai abhi main walking karleti but by the help of any one. Left side paralysis tha wo side bahot weak hai. Lower limb weak hai plz help me what I do.main aap bahot si yoga karti hu isse mujhe kafi help bhi mili.

I'd wrist fracture 3ys ago... Everything is healed, but I've stiffness in fingers and hand...Although I can put 10 kg weight in my hand and do gym exercises ...how to cure flexibility
