Question about the Free Version -- Can you export your choices and import them into a different install? I tend to install newer versions (or if they're buggy older ones) and if I make a lot of changes I'd like to be able to repeat them on different builds instead of sitting here time and time again. Thanks!
Hello, when i create the windows iso file with media creation tool does it have the windows license embedded in it? My laptop came with windows 10 preinstalled and the license is embedded in the laptop itself. When i some time ago once made a clean windows installation through windows updater it just installed with the license that the previous OS had. I also have the license tied to my email and microsoft account, but i want to skip the whole microsoft authorization thing in NTlite. My question is will my new customized OS will have the license in it after it is manipulated with NTlite?
No, so most new PC's store the license in the bios, if it has been removed from the bios or can't be recognised then you will need to purchase a new license. If the PC still has the license in the bios then when you go to install a custom version of Windows using NTLite, that will then auto detect the license like most installations.
I looked for the latest tutorial of the software, since the other ones were little outdated. Thank you!
You’re welcome! 😀👍🏼
This is extremely helpful. Thank you.
My pleasure.
Cheers
Is there a legend that explains what the different color text means?
is the NTLite can insert Licence Dummy into the ISO ?
Should I wait until my machine gét 24h2?

So, how (and I guess we don't and that's true to any sw) do we know that NLite won't load mal or spyware?
Does it need to convert from a read only file format?

now, get the pro version and make an advanced tutorial, :)
I like Microsoft Edge to be trash but in doing so will cost nearly a half a hundred paid to NTLite. Gotta watch out for sloppy pigs.
