Hi, I'm running into a bit of an issue. I'm going through the installation process for the debloated iso you guys offered and I seem to be stuck at the "Just a moment..." screen with the looping circle. I've tried rebooting and starting the install over again, but still the same result. Currently I've had it running for about 30min. Any solution?
Am having similar issues, have tried different USB drives and tried creating a couple of times, also tried the prebuilt torrent all with different results other than the desired 😢😢

@@AmBush-UK So I have an UPDATE on the issue I was having...my bad for not checking in sooner. So after realizing I was stuck in a loop during the installation, I just restarted my PC and it booted into the rest of the install process...everything has been running great since. I'm actually going to be attempting this custon install again later today, mainly to see if I missed anything the first time and I can also see if I run into the same issue. Now that I think about it, I was also using the front panel USBs, which could be a reason why it wasn't wanting to load past the loop, I'll try a different port and see if I'm successful!
We already did it was a 40+ minute video, this guide is to take those optimisations and bake them into the installer so you dont have to do it on every single install. It'll do them automatically
Seems like this fixes a lot of the issues I've seen people complaining about Win11. Will have to do this tomorrow ready for when I put together my new build.
lol fix alot of issues? Modified is nice but some things are very annoying, they relies on things that you disabled so you have to do work around. Sometimes it requires a program to fix it, it sucks.
Great video Mr YES Man! I'm so gonna use this for my Flight Simulator build, It would be great to see a vs video of this vs Tiny 11 with some pros and cons, keep up the great work!
It is so nice actually having a computer on our phones . I remember the old days - if we could only get the driver for the ethernet to work and then we would be off to the races . I don't know why most motherboard Cd's didn't include it - but as soon as you got the internet going - you could then update all the other drivers and check the device manager to find out what was still missing . The operating systems are so nice nowadays to include a different variety of drivers and that is just one reason why this is such a good idea . Don't need 50 different languages installed when you only speak one or maybe 2 . LoL ! Great tutorial !
I am curious if the settings will stay in this state after an update, or will they revert to default. It seams that Microsoft is pushing for telemetry alot in the last years making it harder to install windows without a Microsoft online account and that is a thing that botters me alot. I would be gratefull if you can tell us this! Thanck you for a great video, i had a lot to learn from it!
Dude!!! You f'n rock🤘😎 Thanks for showing this. I've come across other vids of how to debloat w11 but they seem super sketch to me. But this is what I was lookong for. A trusty debloater tool box!!!! Thank you so much!!

So I Followed Your Steps But The apps I Had Added did not install at all My Friend Tested He Still Had To Install them and it was still full of bloat on the start menu
@@spusuf I feel like most of the gains on the customised one would be from Defender / Spectre + meltdown. If you could do Stock, then disable those 2 things and do a Stock (modified) as well. I feel like a lot of these "custom ISO's" prey on people because of that.
@@griffin1366 Our ISO didnt disable Spectre or Defender, but only bundled the tool to disable Spectre if people wanted to manually do that. We will leave it as it is for testing
Awesome video again! This is great, but its good for people to know its limitations. Windows changes over time, new drivers come out often too, and this image is static, meaning, you will have to keep making this every few months or every time you install windows if you have a single PC that could be once every few years, so really it isn't as useful as you might think. In a work environment I wouldn't recommend it, we have better tools for that, like SCCM, which is used to deploy an image and has the ability to add drivers for many types of computers and can make it auto-detect the correct ones. Software also deployed through it as well as updates and this can be done on existing computers too.
Yeah there's an option called presets to re-apply settings to a new image. Also this isn't meant to be a dynamically updated ready to rumble ISO, more of a starting point that does a lot of the work we would do anyways for any setup. This jumping off point will still download drivers and updates from Microsoft automatically.
Hmm must be missing something. When I click on Win 11 Pro it goes to 100% and then I dont get the file list resembling the one you have there. I think you missed a step at 03:37
I downloaded the custom iso, but no matter what I did, the installation gets stuck on "just a moment..." I've tried 3 separate times, disconnected every USB device except for the thumb drive, mouse & keyboard. Also disconnected the ethernet. I've even tried different USB ports as well as reapplied the iso to my USB drive to no avail. I used Rufus of course. I left one of the attempts running for 90 minutes FYI. High end gaming PC with nvme SSD and a 13th gen CPU so it's not a hardware issue. I've also reset BIOS to default before installing just so there's no OC messing things up. I'm all out of ideas. Any suggestions?
Omg I’ve been searching for you for past 2 days looking for your video on how to make windows 11 leak version installer, I’ve subscribed so I don’t lose you again... quick question, won’t windows update just overwrite and re-bloat the debloated version? That’s what’s always happens when I’ve installed windows 10 Lite etc keep up the good work!
After following your video up until the Post setup, there wasn't a screenshot/grab of the added third party files so the there's no info about how to add them, jusy that overlay that you did so. Since some of us may be 1st. timers, that is info that would be really appreciated. Also info about whether or not you can pause a project and return to it later say after you've gained answers to questions. Or do you need to start all over again?
For some reason, after following the steps and booting from the setup after making it a boot drive with rufus, on the installation screen (selecting country and region), my keyboard and trackpad does not work, not does touch. I am essentially, locked into that screen and cannot continue
Hello, I watched the video that you did on TH-cam about customizing windows 11. So I tried to follow the instructions about opening up the ISO and I am lost at the 3 minute mark of the video, where you say that you right click on the ISO to get a menu that allows you to mount the ISO as a virtual disk to extract the files. I don't see that option, I just get the Windows ISO burner. NO option to "Mount" the disk in a VM. So, where do I go from here? I am running Win 7 pro on my computer right now. Frustrated over the lack of detail in the video.
Thank you for this tutorial! Couple of days ago I was thinking if I can do something like this to save some of my time when I install windows on other computers because I do that quite a lot and it takes some time to disable everything manually and so on.
More importantly, since some people mentioned it here, that this ISO might does not work properly because if a few too much removed features, did you could test this? Is the torrent that's linked in the description the old version that might have issues or a newer one? Especially seeing some people getting Ghost Spectres Windows Versions (or the Tiny11) and having issues with applications afterwards (because the OS is far too barebones) it's important to have a updated info on this.
How do I fix "win + v" clipboard shortcut / "win + shift + s" snipping tool shortcut not showing up? I have enabled both of them, just the shortcut doesnt come up when i use the shortcut
I don't know if it's a bug or if MS changed something, but the TPM bypass doesn't work for Win1123H2. I tried both with an ISO I made following this video, and with the ISO you gave a link for. In both cases, the setup program said the PC was not able to run this version of windows. It was a VMWare Player VM set up as a Win10 PC so it wouldn't have a TPM. The same VM will successfully install Win11 Pro from a USB created by Rufus with the "bypass TPM" option enabled.
I have tpm 2.0 and a normal version of windows, but when I treid to install the custem iso with the tpm turned of the installer says not compatible with your pc
Really useful video. I don't think the language step is needed though? During Windows installation you can pick the language and it will only install that, and then you can download/install languages from within Windows Settings.
So decided to try the iso and I don’t know if it’s because I took out tpm when I made the usb but it’s just sticks with just a moment. And I turned tpm off in bios as well. Think I better remake it with Tpm on and try it
So I just did this but for Windows 10. The filesize of the image it created was EXACTLY the same as the original Image lol, is this normal? :S Seems odd. Don't know if I did something wrong. Might have to try install this virtually first before I install it as it's also a laptop so no idea what would happen with drivers and stuff lol
after following every singe step and doing nothing any different the custom iso was broken. After using rufus to load the iso on a usb stick and installing it the windows 11 did not have a working start menu and file explorer. No recommended fix for the normal version of w11 worked.
I tried to make the custom iso and it would not install correctly, it would install windows but on the 2nd reboot, it would hang at please wait with the circle
Excellent, thank you. So if we wanted to add back something, say like virtualisation, do we have to use NTlite on your ISO or just add it back in a running version on the PC with add apps and features? Thanks
I followed exactly step by step, but after the installation is complete my windows is asking for username and password what should I do. To clarify: yes I've tried my Microsoft account it says wrong password and in the Unattended tab i only followed what u said Please help me

Am having similar issues, have tried different USB drives and tried creating a couple of times, also tried the prebuilt torrent all with different results other than the desired 😢😢
cool not just me either then
@@andrewrowe3084 Right, After MANY Hours of trial and error, I think i MAY have found a fix(It worked for me)
Try using an alternative USB slot, I was using Front panel slots.
I plugged USB drive into my corsair ST100 headset stand and ran two installs seamlessly 😕
Just adding this to my two seedboxes that should help out.
Great work :)
So glad I found this channel. You are consistently bringing useful content. Subed
YES man optimizations!!
Are you gonna make a video on further optimizations once you have installed Windows?
We already did it was a 40+ minute video, this guide is to take those optimisations and bake them into the installer so you dont have to do it on every single install. It'll do them automatically
@@spusuf Oh cool, thank you. You have made it so easy.
@@Spork888 Yes easy till you find some thing that won't work!
Also Brian another service to disable is SYSMAIN which is superfetch for all SSD Users.
Brian, could you make a video, explain differences between using custom Windows 11 and normal Windows? FPS, bechmarks...
Id have to wait to hear back on the performance uplift as well as any issues that can come up.
It's funny. I don't install Windows 11 on any of my systems for sale. Still regularly get messages from customers wanting to know if they are loaded with 10 or 11 because they want to avoid 11.
So I Followed Your Steps But The apps I Had Added did not install at all My Friend Tested He Still Had To Install them and it was still full of bloat on the start menu
I had the same experience.
Will be any comparison with the stock version in the future?
yeah, we're also doing a windows 10 one first then we'll put a stock 10 vs stock 11 vs customised 10 vs customised 11
We will leave it as it is for testing
this is awesome i knew you would do this software one day :)
You can save your build allowing you to quickly apply again after a big update
Yeah there's an option called presets to re-apply settings to a new image. Also this isn't meant to be a dynamically updated ready to rumble ISO, more of a starting point that does a lot of the work we would do anyways for any setup.
This jumping off point will still download drivers and updates from Microsoft automatically.
Most people don't update their windows installer more than once per major update. This is just a replacement image to that which saves us time
This is awsom thank you so very much I always wanted a Lite windows install.
I wonder if a custom ISO can be used to upgrade an old Windows setup. Might be a nice way to update and slim down at the same time.
That’s what’s always happens when I’ve installed windows 10 Lite etc keep up the good work!
good question
You left "Search - Find my files" on enhanced at 17:00. that should be on classic.
Will windows update reset all the changes that we made to the ISO and re enable everything? Thanks for info
Outstanding video 👍
IMPOSSIBLE TO INSTALL DIRECT X ON YOUR COSTUM ISO . It gives me system error each time
After following your video up until the Post setup, there wasn't a screenshot/grab of the added third party files so the there's no info about how to add them, jusy that overlay that you did so.
Thanks for the tips
this video came at the perfect time. new pc build!!!
disabling TPM and Secure Boot might actually cause problems for Valorant itself just an fyi!
And Faceit players btw!
Note that the tpm stuff has to be enabled for ea sports games to boot otherwise the anti cheat will crash the game
Anyone else getting issues during setup? Mine shows issue such as “no images are available” during windows setup
I just did, and it crashes so unsure what’s wrong
I've been installing the iso and its been stuck on. just a moment for over an hour is that normal? 🥴
just restart and it should work, it seems to be certain hardware configs that need a reboot to work
More importantly, since some people mentioned it here, that this ISO might does not work properly because if a few too much removed features, did you could test this?
Great tutorial, gonna try it out today...
What about if I want to Debloat windows 11 24h2 and add apps and wallpapers to preinstall ISO.?
I have tpm 2.0 and a normal version of windows, but when I treid to install the custem iso with the tpm turned of the installer says not compatible with your pc
Really useful video. I don't think the language step is needed though? During Windows installation you can pick the language and it will only install that, and then you can download/install languages from within Windows Settings.
It makes the ISO smaller too I think, so it can probably fit in smaller USB drives for example.
Awesome tutorial! Thank you!!
So decided to try the iso and I don’t know if it’s because I took out tpm when I made the usb but it’s just sticks with just a moment. And I turned tpm off in bios as well. Think I better remake it with Tpm on and try it
should work after a reboot, only happens to some people. very weird
So I just did this but for Windows 10. The filesize of the image it created was EXACTLY the same as the original Image lol, is this normal? :S Seems odd. Don't know if I did something wrong. Might have to try install this virtually first before I install it as it's also a laptop so no idea what would happen with drivers and stuff lol
you forgot to put the NTlite link down bellow
Thank you! I'll definitely try to install it on a virtual machine first and see how it goes.
Why on all these tweaked videos do they never benchmark it before and after ?
Becuase it does nothing for the most part ?
after following every singe step and doing nothing any different the custom iso was broken. After using rufus to load the iso on a usb stick and installing it the windows 11 did not have a working start menu and file explorer. No recommended fix for the normal version of w11 worked.
Could you please also share the preset made from ntlite for this process?
Does this even matter if you have a higher end CPU like a 5800x3d?
i get error , retry , file current busy or access is denied why ? i did the same thing
Does this disable OOBE during install? Need unattended xml file for that?
I tried to make the custom iso and it would not install correctly, it would install windows but on the 2nd reboot, it would hang at please wait with the circle
Excellent, thank you. So if we wanted to add back something, say like virtualisation, do we have to use NTlite on your ISO or just add it back in a running version on the PC with add apps and features? Thanks
I followed exactly step by step, but after the installation is complete my windows is asking for username and password what should I do.
To clarify: yes I've tried my Microsoft account it says wrong password and in the Unattended tab i only followed what u said
Please help me
Ohhh I am geeking out as I always do this when I wipe so if I can do it once that's epic lol.
Any comment regarding Tiny11?
