Thank you Tim I really enjoyed this mornings practice and when you spoke about us coming from and going back to the earth it came to me that it’s time time to put our beloved dogs ashes back to the earth. He passed in November and we haven’t laid his ashes to rest yet. It is so powerful how when we are in shavassana clarity so often comes 🙏🏻 I got a lot from this video, many thanks.
