You just got to start to train it. All (Mastery) will come with your practice. What is the best way to get these muscles ready for this pose? Just simple - just to keep doing this pose".

I so enjoyed this class. Thank you for helping me remember why I practice. It’s not about competing with myself over trying to hit the pose. It’s meeting your body where it is today. As I get older, it’s a challenge not to compare my 60+ self to my 30’s & 40’s. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough. 🙏

This may sound silly, but I started putting on some of your videos throughout my day while I am working, and I feel myself breathing better and relaxing just by listening to you as you move through the poses.
Welcome end to 12 hour set days and no exercise time. I find when I have more then three days away from the mat, the break actually turns out to be helpful. Movement into and through some poses has improved. This is how I felt today.

Can’t believe how wonderful all these poses felt. One right after the other . Each getting better stretching Thank you so much for a deep concentration on the breathing. Just that gentle reminder helps quite the nervous system and makes me relax deeper into the pose 🙏🙏
Thanks so much for this free month's classes, I love your videos. They are challenging enough to make me aware of where I need work, without being so difficult I flat out can't do the positions. Your instructions are clear, audible and not too chatty. While getting a sense of the instructor is as a person is helpful, I don't want to listen to alot of extraneous chatter when I'm concentrating to find the right balance between struggle and ease for my body. I'd love to join your fee for instruction program, and I'm sure they're worth every penny, but I just can't afford to add any expenses to my budget, so I'm truly grateful for free classes. I have some significant physical challenges that I used to just accept as the way it is, but due to your notion of training instead of judging, now I pause the video and do my 'weaker' side a 2nd time. In a lifetime of doing yoga that never occurred to me. Amazing how a simple notion can change your thinking! So thanks for that, and keep shining..

I really enjoyed this video. thank you. half moon is my 'favourite' pose, only because I struggled so much for months and months and months with it and was forever falling out of it and crashing to the floor (if someone filmed it, it would be a blooper reel). Now I can (sort of) do it, or at least hold the pose without falling out of it, so I'm delighted when it appears, as I get a chance to test myself that I can still do it. there are still zillions of poses that I struggle with, but half moon is kind of a bench mark for me and a reminder that progress in yoga IS possible with practise.

Love this session! On the first childs pose I needed a block to support my head as it caused too much strain. But on the last one I could fold all the down. No strain what so ever.
