- This 25 min class is designed to help runners unlock their flexibility. The class uses stretches and mobilization techniques to address the chronically tight and stressed areas for runners to help keep them running pain-free.

This is fantastic. I do these stretchers regularly but it's the deep breathing focus and not pushing the barriers that is so critical and I find so challenging. As a runner I would love to see more of this. Thank you!

I loved what you said about how you used to bring running energy to your yoga practice....something really shifted for me today hearing that...bc I've been striving to bring my calmer conscious of breath by breath to my running...but I'm not quite there yet... I've run for several years but dont get the same value as I do from vinyasas...and til recently they've felt like two different practices...how you spoke of them both just really shifted something for me and I dont yet have the words. THANK YOU. also your calm voice and tone is so very comforting...yes more of these please. thank you for your other offers too. be well new friend so grateful I found your channel.

Been watching you for a few years now, am new in yoga, and get a lot out of it; It healed symptoms of some work related tightness in my hip that was causing me serious pain! And the practice of it is so soothing for me.
All that from a few in person classes and watching your videos.
I own/operate a small tree care company and an ice storm broke up a lot of tree in our area.
Ever considered a video intended for the more repetitive and strenuous movements arborists and their ground support go through?

I’m not usually a runner but I went for a run anyway so I could then do this class more meaningfully. I did the yin pose deer instead of that more challenging positioning Standing on the knee, and reaching back to the foot into the hip flexor /quads

To download the app you just follow the instructions that i emailed you when you joined: download the “Kajabi app” then use your user log in
and you got that app :)
If you’d like to cancel, just follow the instructions on the welcome email as well, or go the the FAQ section which explains in detail how to click the settings in the upper right hand corner from the menu and then cancel.
Furthermore, if you ever have a question i answer all the questions on the cmc within 24- 48 hours.

As a runner my lower back always gets tight this definitely helped especially the one where we twist the back. Is there any other stretches to target the lower back as a runner ?
