Day 15 ✅ in da bank! Yesterday's practice 'Day 14 Rest Day' was also a rest day from my regular weekly exercises outside of yoga practice and during this mornings flow I definitely felt the benefits of rest day coming into it feeling very focused and a lot stronger than when we started the challenge which by the way since starting this challenge I've noticed a big increase in my strength and better breathing and stretching during my workouts. Excited for the rest of the challenge and to see where this takes me from there! Mahalo & Aloha Tim and Ollie 🐶 🙏🏾💪🏾🤙🏾

Did this after catching up on the cardio day in between filling sippy cups. Might need some extra stretches tonight!!! Still working up to ab crunches with my "functional" diastasis recti. If today was tough for anyone else, may you hear the words of my two-year-old as I lay still and skipped half the ab part: "You got this, mama! Get it!!!!"
That Toe torture! I can actually handle the curled toes better now and that is a big deal for me with my aching feet. It really helps me. And no worries about being able to count, its overrated... the important thing is you a great yoga teacher (and we can count on you... ok corny humour) Thanks Tim and Ollie, see you for Day 16 tomorrow 🙂
Great class today! Beginning of the third week and it's clearly getting more challenging and intense and it feels great! First eagle pose of the challenge which I loved. And I'm really happy because I started this challenge with a hurt adductor. It was pretty stiff and painful and now I can definitely see a difference, especially during the stretch with the spread legs in the end. Practicing every day makes a huge difference. Thanks! best medicine for a rainy Sunday morning. I've been bummed that I missed out on all the great surf recently. This class helped me to get out of my head and be grateful for the journey. Thanks Tim! I struggle with getting my leg/calf/foot wrapped around the standing leg in Eagle pose. I feel like my genitals are blocking my upper thigh from crossing over. Is there a course you have done already to get to a correct Eagle pose? Namaste 🙏
Just keep practicing eagle pose and it will get better over time as your body becomes more comfortable. You can move them right before crossing as well.
Excellent class, challenging on many positions. Little humor helps, also humor myself by observing how inflexible I am compared to Mr. Tim!! It’s motivating and humbling

Great class! I came to this feeling a little bit off, but it's helped to perk me up! I do enjoy the balance of more challenging poses with long stretches at the end.

Inability to count is an affliction all exercise teachers suffer from 🤣🤣 I taught aerobics, LBT, step and all the other 80s and 90s crazy stuff, counting properly was not part of the teaching qualification unless it was being able to count to the beat! Great class today.

I think I’ll save this one for a repeat for sure. I’m practicing at 5:30am before work and often don’t feel motivated at all before I start- but always feel SO positive afterwards & it stays with me for the day. Thank you from New Zealand. 🙏

Excellent class, especially after some weight training the previous day. I found I could not lift my legs with my outer hip muscles when we were in a the seated position with arms lifting my butt up after the ab work. Tough for me but I will work on it. BTW I’m 62 and have lots to learn.
day 15 and it made me realise 7 years in gym made me so not flexible hahah. Thanks to you, as a 25 year old, I am regaining my flexibility and the day is not so far when I will do that pranyam sitting and also touch my heels with a straight back like you do !! :)))
Day 15 accountability, check in post … I did this in the evening however, I’m glad I did. Although it is back to the morning bed to mat tomorrow. I took a complete rest yesterday so we’ll be doing day 14 now.

Hi Tim, loving the videos, I found when sitting with legs spread that lifting my legs up very hard if not impossible. What muscles does this use? Would love to find ways to strengthen them.
This was my favorite one so far! Another important qualification for being a yoga teacher is the inability to distinguish left from right 😂

Hip flexors, you’ll have to lean back more so that you can lift, you might not have the mobility yet to lift at that angle,
