Easy on my bad knee too. I made it more challenging by adding 3# weights on some of the moves. I like your short and 30 minute workouts. Great music too! Thank you Sally, keep them coming!
Aloha from Kauai, great workout Sally! I tore my MCL and Meniscus while skiing a month and a half ago. I recently got off crutches and had a difficult time finding workouts I could do with my injured knee. So glad I found you on you tube - you have me working out again with arm, legs and core. I can feel my sore muscles the next day - Mahalo!
I completed the workout and I thank you so much bc I'm 20 years old and an accident changed my body bc I was skinny now I'm chunky and have bat wings but I'm trying to lose the wait to get back to my small slim size again thank you so much for giving me this chance to lose my bat wings

Thanks for this! Gonna try this and see if I get results! Arm flabs are the hardest to get rid of for me, inspite of using dumbells for arm exercises. Some of these exercise movements, I do already. But there are some new exercises; I hope to see results!
