After plantar fasciitis injury to my foot, I have been trying to strengthen myself through physical therapy and exercise so this never happens again. I am 104 lbs & started your exercises a week ago, and I am already noticing a difference in my leg strength and shrinking cellulite/fat!!Thank you, Sally. I really enjoy your channel!

I just came across this video and I love it! But do you have any modified moves for people with limitations? I have severe scoliosis so I cant lay on my stomach or back unless I’m on a massage table. I love the moves I can do though! It’s honestly been so hard to find workouts that I can feel working and I love the first 2 moves I can definitely feel Those already 😅
Sally I love these exercises they're helping me to feel better stronger and I train my core muscles at the same time with all moves though j feel that with my diastatis recti the floor exercise with the legs bent is not so good. Hi, I want tone and lean out legs and butt also. should I do this one and the other video? You do these every day. I do legs 2 times a week? I want your thoughts. I need to keep muscle tone I am older.
Do you have any suggestions for the exersise where you are on you belly with feet together and you raise your legs upward? Also the last exersise where you are in a bridge and you raise and lower 1 leg and then lower the bridge? Modifications? Thanks Chris P. S. I love the music
How can someone who does not have cellulite know that this works. Every trainer I speak to say you cannot get rid of those pockets of fat once they have formed. Even losing 4 stone has not improved mine. 😭😭😭
Is bullshit you can get rid of cellulite ! Exercice , heathy food that is all what you need. I have had cellulite then it goes then back again as i stoped exercice.
