You are an amazing trainer! I've never had my body shape up this fast. It's next level. You really understand the female body! I'm almost 50 years old and have been working out since I was in high school. Not continuously, but I always find my way back to fitness. I had a hysterectomy almost 10 years ago and they had to cut through my abs, I lost hope that I would feel good about my body again. I'm starting to think I can feel good about it and seeing the results! You really know what you are doing. I literally can see definition in my body immediately after doing these workouts. Thank you so much for creating such quality videos and exercises! You are crushing it! Keep up the great work. ❤❤❤

This was intense!!! My arms are on 🔥 and feel like jelly 😩😫. No pain, no gain! Just did this and combined it with your lower an workout. BTW, you look fabulous!
Great workout! Does tone your arms. But i have been doing various arm workouts for more than a year now, and although arms do look better, little bat wings remain. I am starting to think the only way to lose arm flab after 40 is to lose ALL of the extra fat 🤨
It's def a combination that's needed. Losing overall arm fat and doing targeted arm workouts. I also have a batwings workout on my channel. Give it a try because it targets this area. And remember to not be so hard on yourself. You are doing great!

Keep going. I’m 57 and mine have gotten wayyy better. I look at my are are they are better than when I was 25
