LOVE your short full body stretch. I've tried the 15 mins & 5 min ones. Now trying this 12 min stretch. Also, I find it really helpful when you narrate the movement. Like when you move to the other side or change position. So I don't have to look a the video as much and can focus on the movement.
I NEVER stretch! I just started today and finished the stretch session and I can feel a complete difference already its crazy! Cant imagine what i'll feel like in the future doing this everyday!

Im 22 and have been having bad back pain on the left side of my body. Even my toes have been aching. Ive been nervous about it so i started trying to stretch my hip flexors and working my back to get more muscle. Ive been doing your videos for only a week now and i no longer feel that pain. Youre great!!!
I literally do this stretch every single day. One of my favorite things about stretching, and there are many, is when you stretch in the morning-ish, and you feel your body popping and cracking and adjusting for the day 😍 For sure, there is always a part of me that is like ‘ah man, let me just lay around today or not work out or stretch, or I’ll “do it later” ‘… But there’s another part of me that craves the movement because it will make my body feel better and in less pain. It is what we truly need. We think we know what we need, but often we pick the wrong things! It can be kind of challenging sometimes to actually get going with stretching or exercising, but I was just listening to a Rob Dial/mindset mentor episode and he mentioned the importance of momentum. I hurt my back last month shoveling snow. I started this everyday along with some of the beginner workouts. I'm a 49yo carpenter my back hasn't felt this good in years. Love your videos
It literally feels like I have a new body and spine after I do this stretch. If you have chronic back pain this is a great stretch to do every day. It’s a little intense lol but it’s good stuff ✨.

This is the best full body stretch video that I've done that's not super long. Most times I feel the need to add movements after but this one felt like a combination of all my favorite stretches that I've learned from you and other trainers. Thanks for all you do! I've been recovering since being diagnosed with bilateral pulmonary emboli, I also have sickle cell, and this routine has encouraged me to begin gently reintroducing myself to physical activities again. I felt so much lighter after this quick stretch, thank you.

I really love that you have straight forward short stretch videos that I can add into my day. Sometimes I do the 5 min videos, other times the 12-20 but always it's a great stretch and I have shared your videos with others. It's a huge improvement in how I feel when I have been doing these consistently.
My daily workout routines consists of Madfits workouts I always start with the 5 min warm up, then I pick a work out for the day (upper body, full body, lower, core), hit the treadmill after if I have time, and end it with this 12 min full body stretch. I’ve been doing this for months and have seen and felt so much progress I always recommend Madfit to my friends she’s been a hugeee help twords my fitness journey! Thanks Madfit!!❤️☮️

I follow this stretching instruction almost every day :) Oh gosh, the spinal twist feels lovely, a nice little pop of relief mid-spine! I just let the gravity do the work so I don’t over stretch that delicate area. It’s easy to hurt yourself by overstretching, or applying force with the stretch. Especially the spine! Owch! Stretching is one of the best ways to heal, and anyone can do it at any level
This one was almost perfect for me, and I have a broken arm that's almost a month and a half healed. Just started making stretching a routine and trying to find a good one for beginners and this worked out perfect.

My favorite things about stretching, especially first stretch of the day, is the little pops I hear around my spinal column, and my left hamstring makes this funny little pop when I do the hammy/flexor “bring it around town” stretch. I'm afraid I did not enjoy this routine, but I think that's because every muscle in my body is super tight. I had frozen shoulder for a year and a half, then had a manipulation operation to get my joint unstuck back in February. Even after physical therapy before and after the manipulation, muscles in my back, rotator cuff, and arm aren't fully stretched back out after shrinkage from not being able to use them for so long. I also have a job where I sit a lot, plus long commute to and from work, so my hip flexors and hamstrings tend to be very tight. I actually cried on the hip flexor and glute stretches. 😭 But I kept going and now I feel a bit looser everywhere. Obviously I need to incorporate more stretching into my days! Thank you Maddie, for your videos that inspire me and help me to keep going in order to improve my mental and physical health! ❤

I do this stretch almost every day :) it is a wonderful cure for those tight and sometimes painful muscles and joints one finds upon waking up. I feel so so much better after. Like my body does feel lubricated!! As opposed to a dried out human “motor” without any 5W-30 in there D: and it’s also FREE!! Yay yay I
Amen 🙏 Yes my family and I are going through it for three and a half years, since my husband lost his job in lockdown. He went for interviews, applied where ever he could. He even tried his own maintenance business, but nothing worked out. We as a family are all spiritually and naturally exhausted. We as a family gave our hearts to the Lord in the beginning of lockdown, since then the enemy is trying to break us down, but we stand firm on the word of God. That is all that we can hold on to.

Its important to start by simple stretching and then gradually move to intense workout. Loved this whole body stretch. I already feel better. My muscles were really sore with pro long sitting.

Advice from an older fit guy. Dont stop stretching/exercising when you reach 40+. Otherwise, the figure will go quickly. It must become a lifestyle.

after 2 months and a half almost now 169cm!!
IT REALLY WORKS I'M SO HAPPY. I achieved this result by both using shiydf and doing regular streching exercises and I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT.! TRUST THE PROCESS 🧡
This stretch routine is just what I needed to start my day. It's amazing how just 12 minutes can make such a difference in how I feel.

I do this one ALMOST EVERY day :) I feel so much better after.
My favorite things about stretching, especially first stretch of the day, is the little pops I hear around my spinal column, and my left hamstring makes this funny little pop when I do the hammy/flexor “bring it around town” stretch.
Idk what that stretch is really called, but it’s in her top warm up video :p

I'm afraid I did not enjoy this routine, but I think that's because every muscle in my body is super tight. I had frozen shoulder for a year and a half, then had a manipulation operation to get my joint unstuck back in February. Even after physical therapy before and after the manipulation, muscles in my back, rotator cuff, and arm aren't fully stretched back out after shrinkage from not being able to use them for so long. I also have a job where I sit a lot, plus long commute to and from work, so my hip flexors and hamstrings tend to be very tight. I actually cried on the hip flexor and glute stretches. 😭 But I kept going and now I feel a bit looser everywhere. Obviously I need to incorporate more stretching into my days! Thank you Maddie, for your videos that inspire me and help me to keep going in order to improve my mental and physical health! ❤

I do this stretch almost every day :) it is a wonderful cure for those tight and sometimes painful muscles and joints one finds upon waking up.

Amen 🙏 Yes my family and I are going through it for three and a half years, since my husband lost his job in lockdown. He went for interviews, applied where ever he could. He even tried his own maintenance business, but nothing worked out. We as a family are all spiritually and naturally exhausted. We as a family gave our hearts to the Lord in the beginning of lockdown, since then the enemy is trying to break us down, but we stand firm on the word of God. That is all that we can hold on to.

This stretch video is amazing. I am starting my home workout today and not exercising after covid made my joints and muscle stiff. Its important to start by simple stretching and then gradually move to intense workout. Loved this whole body stretch. I already feel better. My muscles were really sore with pro long sitting.
