Omg i am so excited to try this out. Madeleine's workout and stretches always make me feel comfortable and it works on my body. Madeleine's channel is the only one i stayed consistant too. At first i did this consistently for a week and a half , then i got busy and try to do it atleast 2-3x a week! I can say that it definitely has helped me with mobility and flexibility , and my splits are way closer than a month ago!! ^^ consistency is key!

I just want to say thank you . I came across your Chanel . I’ve been trying to get into more Pilates . I’ve been doing yoga . As a plus size girly . Obviously i modify some of the moves that fit to my level of comfort . And so far i have enjoyed . Especially these stretches . ❤ thank you thank you . I will be trying out the day challenges

i tried this today and can i just say how stiff my body is 😭 my legs won’t stay the same like how you did, but it’s okay. i know that if i show up everyday, my legs would not be as stiff anymore. 😂 this is fun! i’m laughing at my figure but yeah one step at a time ❤
These look pretty doable,except one thing. I get extreme pain withy knees in the floor. Suggestions? Could I use a foam pad,which still hurts but not as severely

Hi!! I have a question if I want to work on two parts of my body ( waist and bootylicious) can i do it alternately? for exampls day 1: waist day 2: booty day 3: stretching day 4: waist day 5:booty etc etc
You could use yoga blocks or a stack of books to meet your elbows higher up. Never force your body into something though, its best to loosen up gradually
Ok now do a beginner friendly version pls cuz when I try to do that last split thingy I can’t even get my legs into a 45degree angle and bending over? Nuh uh forget it lol
I am so confused that is it just me or at first try everyones legs dont get straight my legs keeps getting bend even if i try to staright them they dont
@@noir8906 Any time you start to stretch [cold muscles], that causes a stretch reflex that gets your muscle tissue to activate a protective mechanism to not over-stretch. That's what happens in static stretching before a workout, something all research confirms is the worst thing you can do

You can modify the stretches and do them with bent knees! Over time you’ll get to a point where your legs straighten :)
