    hearing every joint in my body pop is such a satisfying feeling. I have to modify some of the poses cause I'm plus size and also not nearly as flexible, but I love that this is a straight forward quick workout and I LOVE the inclusion of the little timer in the corner, helps me a lot to know how much longer I have to hold a pose.

    Stretching is C R U C I A L!!! I'm at the point where I cannot not do a stretch after and I MUST warm-up before a workout. Thank you for sharing this Maddie! Great all-around stretch.

    Damn didnt realize how unfit and badly neglected my body was until I was lowkey puffing in this 5 minute STRETCH 🤡 like ohggggggg but I have NO regrets I feel amazing, good motivation for my morning workout tomorrow I cant wait to do this stretch again pre/post workout 😂)

    i have been doing this every day and i love how fluid it is, i feel less sore, i genuinely just love doing all your workouts but this little stretch is such a motivator for me

    As someone bound to a desk, hunched over a screen with a pen in hand, this short routine is something i love to do in the middle of my work day, it helps so much and i feel a little bit more revitalized to help get over that mid-day hump.

    This felt so good after not stretching for SO long, I usually don’t do stretches when I work out because people always say to to them after the workout, but I’m always too tired to even THINK about doing that, so I did this before and then did a HIIT workout, best feeling in the world. Thank you.

    Oh my goodness!!! This is amazing! I love how much good quality stretching this routine gets in with only five minutes! I normally feel really rushed and not fully stretched out with five minute stretch videos. Really love and appreciate this video! I will be using it a lot!

    Cannot tell you what a gift this was for me this morning. I woke up so so stiff with a full day ahead and thought I'd squeeze in a quick 5 minute stretch and I feel so much lighter and looser! I know longer stretches are better but this helped so much and is SO much better than not stretching. THANK YOU.

    I rarely find a stretch routine that actually feels like it stretching a bit of your whole body instead of focusing on just the legs. Nice job!

    Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

    I did 30 squats for the first time 2 days ago and since then my legs have been in sooo much pain that it gets hard to sit down or walk up nd down the stairs but after doing these 5 min stretching my pain went away straight after it! I am so shocked by the results...I was expecting the pain to go away in atleast 1 or 2 day but it instantly went away! Believe me guys, this is ur sign! Do these stretches if ur in any kind of pain, they work so well and fast!!

    I am really new to consistently working out and stretching. I have followed this routine a handful of times already and I love it. It's only 5 minutes so it doesn't give me room for excuses and even on the days where i feel really demotivated or am getting back into the routine of exercise after a while break this is the routine that I can still get myself to do. I feel the stretch it's not intimidating and I can always find a way to fit it into my day. Love this video! thanks!

    i was just starting to use your videos regularly early last year and then i ended up dislocating my knee :(
    so i haven't done anything physical in almost 8 months. Did this now to check where I'm at and GOSH i am shivering and fully relaxed but my body is jelly.

    Honestly this is such a well done routine, whenever I follow any sort of routines like this on youtube I find especially with full body stretch routines that some parts get more stretched then others. But this one was honestly the best quick stretching routine I've found yet

    First time doing it today after looking for a more structured midday short stretch. The duration and level was perfect. I am a lot less flexible so some of the moves was a little struggle but I felt that the little stretched routine perked me up, so thank you for posting this!

    This was really good but made me see how truly out of shape and overweight I am😆 Covid shutdown really did a number on my health and fitness. I had to modify a lot and my balance is terribly lacking. Decided to do at least 5-10 minutes of something daily to start getting myself back. This video will help tremendously!     Way too difficult to me. I couldn't get in some positions. Especially 4:20. That says alot about why I really need to start doing this everyday.

    That stretch kneeling with one leg straight out in front of you is such a good stretch!!! Thank you! The burn was worth it to feel that muscle finally relax a bit

    This routine is perfect! I love how everything flows together so easily. And you have everything balanced so its easy to follow along the first time and still feel properly stretched!

    When you’re about to start doing this workout, but you have to stop doing what you’re doing because your neighbour’s chimney started smoking really badly and you had to close the window super quickly
