    Thank you for this wonderful class, this is my second time taking it. I love the poses and your quiet instructions. So many yoga instructors here on TH-cam are so chatty and energetic, I just can't relax. But your voice helps me soften into the poses and finding stillness within.

    Absolutely RESTORATIVE! DID THE WHOLE THING, I'm 6'3 and this session really brought all my practices together, HER FLOW IS GENUINE and easy to adapt to. . Just go at your pace. Pause the video if you need to.

    I literally screamed "I love this flow" halfway through. This class is everything I look for in a restorative flow. Relaxing, mellow, slow, intentional, delicious. I am especially glad that there was no music apart for savasana. I wish more instructors did that. I can't say enough good things. So glad I found this video!!

    I've practiced yoga almost daily for 50 years. Hatha is my favorite because it flows more and i always feel rejuvenated. I'm taking a Vinyasa Restorative Flow class this week so wanted to catch up with the moves and props that might be necessary. Yours was excellent, as I'm not a fan of props. However, for me, this was so relaxing that I'm going to do it before bed from now on. In fact, I'm going back to bed for a nap. Really loved massaging my neck! Well done! 🙏

    Thank you so much Jessica! I'm having my period and was very emotionally low before your class. During the movement's stillness, I got to realize some of those low feelings and now I feel more present and nurturing to myself. Love your voice and videos, you are my bliss-pill

    The savasana at the end was one of the most generous things you could offer. And it was so needed. I’m grateful to have been supported right through the end of the practice. It honoured the time, the amazing sequence of restorative, regenerative poses so beautifully. Thank you!

    While I am still sleepy, I don’t feel as worn down and fatigued as I did before this practice. I wanted to move, but didn’t have the energy. This practice helped a LOT. Thank you!

    Wow. That is all I can say after finishing this. This is the first video I have seen from your channel and I have to say I am simply blown away by your spirit. Your class was so gentle and comforting, it barely felt like 10 minutes because time was flowing so smoothly. I also love the end, it felt very nice to give myself a little massage. I am a new fan!     Hi Jessica. This is the first class I've done of yours but I have been doing online yoga since August 2023. I really enjoyed this session - I feel more refreshed and calm after finishing. I was stiff today but also tired so these slow paces long (challenging) holds slow were perfect. Thank you💌

    Thank you, I've had several back injuries including one classified as a spinal cord injury. Your videos are very helpful, peaceful, respectful... Having to learn how to walk again was something I could not have imagined earlier in my life. Though I'm probably the most structurally rigid of anyone you guide your content helps relive pain and allows me to be functional and continue my work as a landscaper (something 4 years ago Doctors didn't think was realistic). During these times I can't see my physical therapist, chiropractor, and acupuncturist so it is through you I can get up on my feet everyday. Again thank you so much!! Peace -Tom
