  • This 30-minute practice focuses on relieving tension in the upper body.The neck, shoulders and upper back tend to be places in the physical body where we hold onto a lot of stress. The stretches in this yoga sequence will help you feel more ease and spaciousness in your body and mind. It is a fully accessible practice, suitable for absolute beginners, right through to the advanced practitioner.

    Sometimes I wonder if a 30-minute stretch is really worth it, but when I follow along, I realise that the entirety of the video and the long holds of all the stretches is exactly what works magic. Thank you so much! I was very sore from lifting weights yesterday and this video worked like a miracle. My body feels AMAZING! Thanks again :)

    I've been away from yoga for about 15 years so wanted something gentle to bring me back. I found it! Slow, deep, conscious. And the very quiet music in the background is lovely. Enjoy many different videos with you as my body readjusts.

    Thank you for this! Being disabled-I had my leg amputated three years ago-and having to move differently than I used to, using different muscles to move, my back and shoulders are always tight and painful. After following you through this practice for the first time, my back already feels looser and less painful.

    wow this was amazing i thought wow almost 30 mins is a lot to do, but i ended up doing the whole video because my upper body was sooo sore from yesterdays dumbbell workout so this helped so much especially the last pose wow !, time flies too when you're enjoying all the stretches :)) thank you very much and also you're so pretty aww
