    Sometimes I wonder if a 30-minute stretch is really worth it, but when I follow along, I realise that the entirety of the video and the long holds of all the stretches is exactly what works magic. Thank you so much! I was very sore from lifting weights yesterday and this video worked like a miracle. My body feels AMAZING! Thanks again :)

    I started a work from home jobs a couple of months ago. My neck and shoulders became stiff from sitting all day. no matter how I stretched they were a constantly tense. This video has my muscles thanking me. Idk what you put in this, but it is exactly what my body needed.

    I've been away from yoga for about 15 years so wanted something gentle to bring me back. I found it! Slow, deep, conscious. And the very quiet music in the background is lovely. Enjoy many different videos with you as my body readjusts.

    Thank you for this! Being disabled-I had my leg amputated three years ago-and having to move differently than I used to, using different muscles to move, my back and shoulders are always tight and painful. After following you through this practice for the first time, my back already feels looser and less painful.

    Usually I come into a yoga class with the intention of softening the body and relieving tension, but today the big thing for me was how my mood changed! I came into this class a little mopey after a long day yesterday, but now I feel refreshed and ready to take on the day :)

    loved this great stretch. Boy oh boy did it feel good! Can you please do one of these type of classes for the lower body as well! I feel incomplete, the top half of me is so open and stretched out but the bottom half is filled with tension. Thank you for this awesome and amazing class!

    You are my new fave online yoga teacher. The pacing is just right and you are easy to understand. I had a migraine yesterday and bad back and neck pain. This was exactly what I needed to get back in touch with my body and ease the tension. I work from home full time and just started grad school online full time. I will be revisiting this a lot. The strain of computer work all day is real.

    i had really bad neck and shoulder pain and could barely function but doing this practice a few times a few has really help decrease the pain and I can go back to doing the things I love! I really appreciate this practice and yoga is so good for the body for so many reasons! keep up the good work jessica! :)

    Loved this class for my shoulders, feel like a new person physically and feel so calm mentally. You're still my favorite yoga instructor on youtube after searching for videos for more than 6 years; love that you incorporate new poses so I discover something every video, and make me feel like every class has been a meditation!     Hi Jessica! I've been doing this video for around 2+ weeks now..
    2 weeks ago my neck down to my lower back was soooo stiff my head could barely face all directions. It was hard to move and to sleep on certain positions.
    After a massage on Sunday 2 weeks ago, and doing this yoga for the whole week until today... my neck and back are not bothering me anymore 💛💛 it's completely fine! 🤗

    I pulled a muscle in my upper back a few days ago which led to a very cranky pinched nerve. I haven't been able to move my neck or shoulders very much for almost 4 days. I decided to give this video a try to see if I could relieve any of the tension and pain. And trust me when I say that I feel like a whole new woman!     I have been watching and practicing with you for over a year. today my dog died, after 2 days in the clinic.     Brillant - just what I need to help with my shoulder neck issues. I have found yoga better than chiropractic treatment or physical therapy. I have worked myself up to these stretches. Great easy presentation with much-needed focus on reparative breath. Thank you.

    This is exactly what I needed! Every once in a while I will sleep wrong and cause major rhomboid pain. It’s the WORST. I’ve tried many videos and they do okay but this one REALLY focuses on the upper back and neck and gave me time to sit in the poses with no rushing. Bless you for this Jessica 🙌🏽🫶🏽🙌🏽🫶🏽

    I have started to follow your videos recently, and i feel that you are one of the best out of all the ones i have seen.

    I’ve tried this practice a few times to relieve tension headaches and it works every time. As long as I have enough energy to get myself out of bed and to the mat, I can know this will do the trick.     What a beautiful flow. I loved the last stretch so much, I am naturally flexible and could perform it with binding my hands behind and one feet on the mat/.     My neck and shoulder were really tight, tensed and hurting. This practiced really got to all the right spots. I still feel sore but there is less tightness, more openness, I can breathe a little deeper and I can feel the energy flowing back to my neck and shoulder area.     Thank you for this practice! I'm very anxious recently after breaking up with my girlfriend. We broke up because of my childhood trauma stress became overwhelming for both of us and nothing could satisfy me and relieve my pain and anxiety. Now I realize that if I don't heal what hearts me I will bleed on someone who didn't cut me. Feel so sorry about it now.

    Thank you Jessica, for this wonderful practice! I have recently had a minor whiplash injury - this yoga flow really helped to ease my neck and upper back. You're my favourite online yoga teacher :)
