  • Join me for this 40-Minute Full Body Yoga Flow to cultivate a more mindful presence. So often we rush through our day on autopilot-- allowing our mind to wander off without much awareness to what's happening around us. This class will guide you through a practice incorporating mudras, affirmations, intentional asana sequencing and a body scan meditation at the end so that you can become more present and create a deeper connection with yourself, and those around you. ✨

    I'm pretty new to this whole yoga thing. But I'm not going to lie, I enjoy the physical implementation of mindfulness rather than just sitting still and solely meditating.

    Nice session. I've doing home yoga for ~1year. Mostly Yoga With Adriene. Recently been looking for others instructors to completement. Each have different poses and variations, it does enrich my practice.

    Perfect vinyasa video gets all key poses in - including my favorite balancing poses. 40 minutes of a perfect flow routine combines stretching, strengthening all perfectly timed. I never felt rushed or too slowed down. Voice instruction and demonstration awesome! I will be tuning in and I am lucky to have found your channel! Thank you!

    Thank you Jessica🙏 Loved the length and slower pace of this session, giving enough time to really feel the stretch. Really enjoyed the star poses and the heart openers.... I found this session challenging for balance and strength, especially pre-menstrually - giving me things to work towards. But the longer restorative sequences in the second half helped balance out the challenge. Love your work Jessica 🌟

    Thanks Jessica, what a beautiful flow. Still can’t do the warrior III but now that I know more poses, I can modify it. I HAVE SERIOUS BALANCE ISSUES. I work on balance as much as I can, without getting too down. Balance issues that really can’t be too blamed on my weight or age, but my feet have issues. 🙏

    I greatly enjoyed the flow. very precise cueing, hardly ever had to look at the screen. Frist time on your page but will be putting you on my short list; with new transitions practices to boot.

    i loved the video. sometimes though transitions are too fast and it is hard to keep up, but i will do the video more times so i hope i will remember them.

    One thing is really interesting for me as a foreign student of English. :)) You often said "mats, hearts, feets" Why? Is it a kind of dilect or just your personal way of saying these words? Just curious! All the best, Namaste!

      do not bring your feet very close to your bum. walk a little bit further away from your bum with your feet or do supported bridge. (A certified womens yoga teacher and yoga therapist). +You also should do the counterposes for backbands!

Te lepkedj tavolabb a labaddal es igy kimeled a derekadat :) ! Remelem ertheto volt. Én ha biztosra szeretnél menni, tamogatottan csinalnam jógatéglaval. :-)

    I'm so glad I found you. I've been doing at least 5 minutes of yoga every day for about a month and a half. As I'm such a beginner, there were lots of modifications and breaks as I followed along but what I could do felt great. Thanks so much!
