    The first beginners class that is actually suitable for beginners! I have limited mobility due to being plus size but this video was great

      But I can't do this as well I can't keep my spine straight with both legs facing forward n foot flexed nor can I bend forward during this one I'm screwed 😂

    Being a person with 120kg, I have started my diet and workout from this week. Doing this yoga in the morning helped me a lot to get comfortable with my body and I can do this without any difficulties. Yet, felt a lot of stretches in my body. Thank you so much for this beginner friendly yoga.

    I am 65 and completely out of shape. This is the first yoga class I’ve been able to do all the way through. I can’t tell you how thankful I am to you. I think I can continue this.

    I’m a middle aged disabled vet. I was born 45 years ago but after so many injuries and surgeries, parts of my body are clocking in around 80 years old but my hips have the flexibility of a 17 year old, my knees are about 60, my neck is 92, etc etc so it’s been impossible to find something that’s effective for all areas without putting me in the bed for 3 days to recover. This is what I have been searching for and I can’t explain how grateful I am for this video.

    as someone who sees a chiropractor weekly , this was the easiest & not even painful experience of yoga. this is the first time I had such a good experience, no pain & it helped with what was sore . On top f weekly visits I have sprain my wrist really bad, my ankle & knee!! My doc suggested Yoga..so thank you Jessica Richburg. I will be adding this to my daily meditation. I cant wait to be able to do more!

    I LOVE this yoga! As someone who can find it hard to fall asleep and usually lie awake for a long time, this is AMAZING. After this I often fall asleep within 5-10 minutes

    Love and light to you Jessica, from the bottom to the top of my heart, with joyfullyness, gratefulness and honor, THANK YOU!
    As someone who has been diagnosed with schizophrenia/psychosis etc, this has been a powerfull lifestyle switch. The stillness and depth to your practice has gifted me with profound conscious insight, bringing me to a altered state of consciousness that no drug can touch.
    After a year of practicing breathwork, my guides mentioned I should 'connect to my chakras'. A Google search later and I'm finding out about yoga. Recently I was looking at natural cures for schizophrenia, and came upon yoga as well.
    I've been doing this sitting yoga routine for about there weeks now, And I just did my first session today without a mat. I was able ground right down to earth, and this is when I feel I got the most benifets, in terms of innervision (temples, fields of flowers, sacred geometry) and emotion(bliss, serenity, strength, centerdness etc...).
    So once again, thank you for you, this gives me hope that one day I may begin to live my life free of allopathic medicine.

    i'm currently on my period so it was absolutely amazing to be able to do this very gentle, very little movements and very calming yoga session. thank you so so much for this. And it went by so fast it felt way shorter than 30 minutes, i really was able to really let go and be mindful because you guided the class so perfectly !! lots of love from france

    I've been having many panic attacks the past year and I'm using this video along with many other things, medication, therapy, nutrition ect, to help me improve my anxiety. It's working wonders, I'm doing it every day and I've noticed that my incredibly tight hamstrings and hips feel so much softer and I feel very calm and sleepy after I finish the practice.     now this i feel like was genuinely beginner-friendly, the poses weren't going fast and weren't over complicated. I did some times very much cuss for the strecth but when it was time to let go i felt extremely good. thank you for this video

    I had the most stressful weekend to date that affecting my overall body health; sleepless night, impromptu headache, weak appetite! Its almost close to midnight now & yet Im tossing in my bed trying to sleep while my body told me 'Im so tired!' Decided to do some light yoga & found this video by Jessica...wow!!! 💫💥 the exercises were simple to follow. Thanks 😇🙏 The best part was where my body ache was screaming thru'out my every bones and amazingly I felt refreshed at the end of session.     I just recommended this to my brain injury groups. I’m in a wheelchair and this is fabulous! Plus in most videos, I have to keep looking to make sure I’m doing it right (not so relaxing!)

    My mental health has been horrible the last month: I've been having so many panic attacks and the depression has been horrid. The half hour I spent doing this (with the occasional break for some chamomile, rose and lavender tea!) was so wonderful and I feel the calmest I've felt in weeks. I've missed yoga and I think this is the start of me getting back into it. Thank you so much, Jessica.

    Good morning. I am 77 years old and this really helps me relieve lower back pain first thing in the morning and helps me get up and going. It's the "oil to the tin man" fix. 😊

    I just found your videos and love doing the seated videos. They are helping with my flexibility and stress. Your voice is calm and relaxing.     Hello! I’be been recovering from foot surgery and haven’t been able to workout or move my body for three months. This was the first thing that actually let me move my body and feel centered.     I have MTPS. the chronic back pain for 2 years and this yoga class doesn't trigger the pain at all. I feel more relaxed. thank you ..Namaste, doing your class twice a day (morning and night)

    Jessica, this video has helped me so much in my physical and mental health recovery! You are so calm, spiritual and gentle. You go at a perfect pace for me. Please make more of these. Didn’t see a section for them on your new app. I have a mild traumatic brain injury so all the poses adapted to floor/ sitting work is invaluable. Other wise I get dizzy and tend to get discouraged.     This was so nice! I just had 30 minutes before dinner, so was able to get some yoga in. You hit the sweet spot of talking just the right amount---enough to give thorough instruction (never actually heard to press down on the feet with the thumbs when doing butterfly!) but not just aimless chatter. I've subscribed!

    This is my second day of doing this calming yoga. I’ll devote to spend time daily to do this. It helps to activate my parasympathetic nervous system. I’m still working on stretching my legs and bending the body. Hope to do those movements smoothly as I go on doing this. Your voice is soothing and it is more relaxing while executing.     Amazing yoga video, thanks for just getting right into it without a long and boring intro. You explain everything so precisely and you're slow paced and easy to follow. I do need to modify the sitting on the feet position due to a bad knee. I especially appreciate your calm and gentle voice. Thank you!!

    I have a fractured toe and needed a mat based yoga routine to keep me from going insane after weeks of no yoga! Your voice and the music are so soothing! I really enjoyed all of the gentle stretches too! Thank you and i would love to see more challenging mat based classes to participate in while my foot heals🙏

    thank you for making yoga accessible for the disabled community I can't put pressure on my hands and feet today but I could do this! hopefully I will be back to doing vinyasa practices soon :)

    Wonderful gentle to body beginners yoga lesson. Easy to understand and follow, relaxing music and vocal direction. So gentle I was able to perform all poses even with torn mensicus and ACL. Poses gently stretched and opened my body to relieving pressure on joints, body, and mind. I feel so relaxed I can only equate my current physical and mental state as a week in an exclusive retreat and spa with daily massages, and physical and mental relaxing treats. Thank you so much for creating and sharing!

    I was a sports player till highschool. Ever since i have dropped my sports, I have been a bait to depression and pcod. Due to my unsettled schedules and not being able to go out for practice, i have gained 20 kg by doing nothing. I don't trust yoga as myself who performed severe exhausting sports for getting back to fit again. I believed myself that its better to either hit gym or settle down again with sports until i came across this mind relaxing all body feeling beginner yoga. I felt a connection between all parts of body after 6 whole years like the same way i used to have 🥺. Your soothing voice and calming background gave huge sense of relaxation from the stress i have been through. I wonder why i never discovered you 😭. I felt pain in all stretches since this will count as my 1st proper body connection after huge gap. I will continue to do this everyday not expecting any physical changes but mental peace ❤.
