I am 70 and I have always kept my stress on the right side of my neck I did this exercise once and I noticed I could raise my hands over my head with no discomfort Later on I noticed i could do my arm exercises with less pain and was able to do all the reps.Definitely going to continue this exercise

My friend wanted me to comment for her. She was screaming in pain from the nerves on the right side of her neck. She discovered your video literally through tears as her pain was through the roof. After doing this video, , her pain was GONE! she woke up PAIN FREE too!!! she has forward head posture and bike rides and also is involved with two emotionally abusive people, she didn't realize how much tension she truly carries. THANK YOU

Happy to find this! I started Accupuncture with a wonderful accupuncturist who does QiQong while tapping in needles and then she does QiQong over me. Your videos/class is a welcome bonus. I have metastatic breast cancer which started in my bones and metastasized to my liver 2 1/2 yrs ago. I am a warrior and will beat this!!!!💪🏻 Thanks for sharing your expertise! 💗🙏🏻

I have been suffering with cervical dystonia since my early 30's and now am in my sixties. This is an awful movement disorder where you neck muscle involuntarily spasm and move your head to the side. Extremely painful 100% of the time. I push through it because I don't want to sit on the sidelines of life. I currently have large doses of Botox injected in my neck by my Neurologist every 3 months and it help a little for a short while. It is the only know treatment other than a very invasive surgery to cut the nerves in your neck and parts of the brain. I am trying to avoid the drugs as they just make you very lethargic and they don't stop the muscle spasms. I just started doing your exercises and stretched and I believe it is helping a lot. Thank you for sharing this!
May I kindly ask you to look into Cervical Dystonia (formally called Spasmodic Torticollis) and see if QiGong has anything specific to help with this terrible disease?

@@HoldenQiGong Hello! Your sessions are great. There was a video of yours that i watched recently. You were working on the hips. Some of the movements reminded me of movements we used to do when i was studying dancing. I was much younger, but i still remember a lot of moves. I used to love the warming up sessions of the dance classes. We used to work through the body really thoroughly.
