    I suffer from 5 different types of migraines daily for hours at a time; one is even in my stomach. I get needles in my head at the hospital (nerve blocks) every month by my neurologist. I've been trying a few of your routines. I told my Mom & Dad who teach QiGong classes that I'm following you & they were delighted. I do feel more relaxed, thank you. I look forward to the digestion routine as mine doesn't function; I have an ileostomy. I have slow to no motility + a number of other major digestive, lung, heart, liver, kidney, as well as OA in my hips, knees, low back, neck & shoulder. This is a good test for me. An anesthesiologist who talked to me in the hospital called me a Sisu. I keep moving forward in the face of adversity, and I do it one step at a time.

    Long time student of Lee Holden. He is a gift to the world and the current generation. I rarely get headaches with regular qi gong, tai qi and yoga practices but when I get them these pressure points help. Great video.

    Thank you so much 😊 I have had a lot of headaches for the last 30 years, especially hormonal. I have tried everything, but only medication helps, and it would be great to avoid that. So I would love, if you would make a video with the specific pressure points and exercises, to stabilise the hormones. 🙏🏼 Have a nice day 🤗

    I began v t o have headaches dayc2 now. I'm glad to th I nk b of Qi Gong exercises. It worked vs taking a med.

    The acupressure ones help a little but other movement-based cool-downs like the ones shown here, or like Harmonising Internal And External Energies actually worsen my headache. Any idea why? Nothing seems to get rid of it and yes, I've been to the doctor's (a few times) to make sure it's nothing "serious".
    Any help would be greatly appreciated: this headache is all day, every day. I cannot think. Thank you
