  • Want to learn a natural way to lower blood pressure?
This short practice comes from the ancient art of Qi Gong. It's about 4,000 years old and people from all over the world use these coordinate movements to bring balance to their life.
These movements bring your energy downward to help you ground stressful energy and replace it with calm, peaceful energy.
It'll work in only 5-10 minutes to help you return your blood pressure to a normal, healthy balanced level.

Im under a huge amount of stress these days and I know my BP has been up by the way I feel. Took it. 190/85. Scary. I’ve doing this for a couple of days. First time it went down to 144/80. This morning 116/76. It works instantly for me as I take it pre and post qigong but even pre its way down into the 120s. I’m doing the routine twice a day. I feel like have some control over my health and well being now even if I have no control over anything else. Love your routines. So thanks very much. ✌🏻

Further up date. My BP has stabilised to between 112/75 to in the 120s/75 or 80. I used to worry about it during the day when anxiety had some little spikes. But now I just do some slow movements from this video and I calm down straight away. I’m truly amazed and grateful for your videos. If and when I ever get my life back I’d really like to explore qi gong more in depth. ✌🏻 .

So good to hear that. I’ve just had a real scare with a very high reading, actually 220/70, had to go straight to hospital. I have medication but just knew there would be a Chi gong exercise for high blood pressure, and hey presto there is! I will follow your example and do it morning and night. Yes so good to know that the body can heal itself. Stress can lead us to it paradoxically.

This was nice and calming. I don’t know if it helped my blood pressure as I don’t have a machine at home to test it. Can you recommend a good one? I normally get white coat blood pressure if I go to see a dr, so that can be scary, but usually resolves once I’m in there. It’s the anticipation. Would be good to have one at home to see what it is normally. Any recommendations? Am in UK for ordering. Thank you

Drink daily 3 cups of MISTLETOE tee. The preperation is: 400ml of warmwater (40 degree Celsius) put 2 teesp. mistletoe, cover it and let it stay over night. Then drink 1/3 in the morning, 1/3 around 2P.M. and the last 1/3 about 8 or 9 PM. As well take 1x per day, best at 6 or 7 PM a capsule with 450 - 500mg Routin - it is an extract of the Japanese Cord Tree (it thinns the blood and keeps the bloodvessels elastic). Eat lots of garlic and use for cooking olive oil, reduce strongly meat and walk in the fresh air for 1-2hrs per day. You'll get really fit.

When I cann`t sleep, these exercises give me relaxation and I just feel asleep to the end of practise. So easy and so effective.

I am introducing qigong to a homebody overweight lady, is this a good start for her? I think many of your short videos would help. But I want her to be excited about feeling better about herself, so hoping your practices will help.

Of all the tai chi and qigong that I have tried, somehow you come over as the nicest (in many senses) - unfortunately this doesn't work for me!

Whilst performing the routines do you inhale via your nose and exhale via your mouth?
