I jogged through each 10 second rest period and ended up managing 5685 steps! This morning at 6am I did two of your walking videos, a 30 minute and a 20 minute one and then when I got back from the school run I decided to do this 45 minute video. I've now done 13671 steps and burnt 737 calories for the day! I'm not normally this motivated so definitely needed to take advantage of the extra energy. Thank you for these perfect videos!
