- Another walking workout is here and this time it's a 40 minute metabolic weight loss walking workout. This is an all standing, no jumping, knee friendly workout that is gentle on the joints, yet ensures you burn fat thanks to the short intervals.
This walking workout features a number of core engaging exercises that will help you strengthen and tone your belly at the same time.
To increase the intensity of this walking workout, skip all the breaks or add a light pair of dumbbells.

Perfect for my saturday morning ! I used 1 kg wrist weights and didn't take any break. As a result I managed to burn 480 cal. Feeling proud of myself now !! Can't wait to do your pilates tomorrow morning.
