Hey Juice and Toya can u please explain how to make the workout for every exercise I mean by that how to shape our body I know u showing us what’s the next workout but how to make it because I’m not doing it right I’m following your exercise but not doing it right I ask myself how I make it! How can I make my body do this exercise I need to teach me how to do it by my body I hope I was clear Thank you 🙏🏻
When I found out I was pregnant e few weeks ago , I made myself the promise to keep working with you during my whole pregnancy it hasn’t been easy as I’ve been feeling very poorly from morning sickness and not being able to eat most of the foods because just the smell make me feel sick . But I’ve tried my best to keep working out on the days I had a little bit more energy and very proud that I completed this workout today. Thank you for everything you’re doing for us🙏 Toya makes it look so easy working out while pregnant hope I’ll be able to complete this workout on my third trimester 😂🙈
The first trimester is ALWAYS a challenge. I was the same for both pregnancies. However, once I was over that hump I felt a new energy and started with my workouts on a more consistent level. I worked out through both pregnancies, and am still working out at 61. Watching Toya reminded me of my pregnancy workouts. She is a beast, pregnant or not.
I really enjoyed this continuous switch between cardio and dumbbell, I sweated more than usual and felt I worked well. Waiting for other videos like this! maybe 20/25/30 min would be perfect 👌
I don't normally comment but wanted to say how much I enjoyed this. Instead of alternating between weight and cardio days, it's all here. Good calorie burn too.

I enjoyed this workout ! Set 2, I was getting tired ..:) I love there is alternative exercise with and without dumbbells! I love watching Toya as well! thank you so much! I changed my dumbbells , 10lbs for legs, 7.8lbs for arms , otherwise I can't do the whole set properly! xoxo

Firstly, congrats on the new little one! Secondly, I've been doing your workouts 4-5 days a week for years now. Sadly, in a month, I'll be getting knee surgery which means I won't be able to. I was wondering if you could maybe do a seated knee injury type workout for those who can't jump or stand. After all these years, I only trust your workouts, so having something like that to get me through the 6-9 months of recovery would be incredible. Thanks for all you have done, and again congrats ❤❤
Wow JT nice to see you guys although this was before the birth of Jakai ❤ T is so graceful, strong & beautiful even with a full prego belly. She makes it look so easy. Geez!! Amazing! ❤️🔥💪🏼 anyway this was surprisingly a sweaty workout. Strength & conditioning has been my new fav to try & shed some weight. I Have Crohn’s disease so each day is unpredictable with my energy level but getting the body moving is always a positive to not be mad at 😂 So thank you guys & The Lord for pushing me through this one when I was near sleep on the couch just prior trying to conjure up the energy. Seeing T get through it probably exhausted as heck also gave me the motivation. 😅 Amen 🙏🏽

I am 71 year old woman, naturally sedentart but have been on successful health journeys multiple times but always backslide. Getting back into it or trying to. I am very overweight, but can do more than you would think. Did a 20 minute Step To The Beat and did pretty well but it kicked my ass!!! Want to get stronger and feel better. Any advice. Love you guys!!!
