      How long did it take you to lose that much please? I have been in a low point due to my covid-gained weight and it's not encouraging me to go out and socialize. Maybe this will be the video to break me free. Thanks

    These 10 minute workouts are perfect to do during my breaks when working from home. Was gutted about the Whitney one. Any chance of a Madonna one? I’ve currently lost 8.6lbs doing these workouts and being in a calorie deficit. Thank you.

    These workouts are absolutely great!!! I'm 68 years old and have been searching TH-cam for 6 months for workouts I can do and enjoy ... they've been either too slow, too fast, too long, too easy, too hard, or just boring ... then I found Get Fit With Rick. I love the music he uses and they make me feel good. I do several every day and look forward to each one!

    Thank you, Rick. This was just what my arthritic hip needed. Although my steps were smaller, I still got my heart rate up. My hip feels warmer and looser than it did when I started my workout.

    Rick I appreciate these fast paced walks so much!! I tried to venture out with others but your channel is the only one that I can use my legs the most which is what I am targeting not my stomach,. I can have fun and burn calories without thinking about it. Now my sister is rocking with you and exercising again!! Thanks a million!!!

    Power walks, standing abs, tabata....first time I've ever worked out and said, 'That was fun, let's do it all again!!!' Steps are easy to pick up too, so I've quickly been able to ramp it up a little bit. I also appreciate the low impact, joint friendly moves. So glad I discovered you. Love your energy, encouragement, and positivity. Thanks for making exercise enjoyable and most importantly, for all.

    1,000 steps under my goal with little energy and less motivation. I searched 10 minute walking workout and 10 minutes later, I not only met my goal but had a BLAST doing it! You were extremely easy to follow especially considering you weren’t talking lol. Thanks for a fun workout!

    Just came across your channel these workouts are perfect for when I need to get up and move around at work. Every hour I get up and do some power walking for 10 mins to get my 10, 000 steps in every day on top of my 40 min workouts. These workouts are fun and make the 10 mins go by fast. Thanks!

    This was awesome! Keep doing the work you do. You hold a special space especially for men struggling with weight who don’t mind dancing along with the cool guy in the party. It’s easy to do, not harsh on the joints, no TALKING so you forget you’re excersing. The music is all the motivation you need. Love your work

    Apologies for the long comment, but I had to tell you... I just did this video (and the Will Smith 12 minute one) instead of my normal boring fasted/morning walk on the treadmill today and had so much fun! I am working hard on losing weight (down 70+ pounds in the last year and a half with about another 80 to 100 to go) and my biggest challenge has been staying consistent with any sort of fitness routine. I have HATED working out. People always tell me to "find something you love to do" and with frustration - I always have told them "there isn't anything - exercising being this overweight is NOT fun". Well, I can quit saying that because, while I have found a few other exercises channels that I can get through without pure misery, until I found your channel the other day - I can't say that I've really, truly enjoyed doing any of them. But, the videos of yours that I've done so far I have ABSOLUTELY LOVED and have had so much damn fun doing them! They're so fun, in fact, that I've realized I'm naturally kicking up my energy-output and increasing my range of motion WAAAAAY more than I normally do with other videos because I'm enjoying it so much! Plus, I'm logging more activity minutes and burning more calories than I have in the last year and a half AND I'm having the best time EVER! It feels like I'm just having fun dancing (versus forcing myself to "stay positive" while I "get through" a workout). I'm so very thankful!! I actually started getting tears in my eyes this morning while doing this one because it has literally been almost 30 years since I've enjoyed moving my body and I am so happy to have finally found MY thing (I actually went to bed last night excited to get up and do these workouts (umm, WHAT?!?!!))! :)
    Many, MANY, M-A-N-Y thanks for your amazing videos, and for sharing you incredible talent and infectious energy with everyone! You have made a true difference in another person's life and I know it's going to just keep going and going! Now, off to get a few things done so I can do your 5,000 Steps Workout At Home | Fat Burn Zone one again in a few hours (that's my new go-to every day!)! All my best to you!!

    My second work out with you this is so good I love going out for walks but it's getting cold out and it gets dark out way too fast but these are perfect so much fun and I feel like I'm getting the most out of the ten minutes thank you for everything you do

    07, 08 2022 Thank you for so many things! I love your no commentary music workouts, with simple steps so I can do them. I dislike fancy stuff because I cannot imitate them. But yours are simple and dynamic. I am also lost with many workouts that are hard and tax me too much, but yours are just ideal. I have already done some of them, one I did twice, and I saved some, by now. I am alternating with some other trainers and it is fun. Keep doing videos without talk, please.
    I believe there are many folks like me who do not enjoy talk too much and we want to hear the music and just do it to the rythm, with talk the music is delegated in the background and after a few times we know by heart what the trainer is saying, and it gets boring. But, we can all listen to music a million times without getting bored with it.
