      @Lucy what ? im actually speakless- listen this workout is so much fun and as a person with an eating disorder history i think that working out should be enjoyable and i remember that working out for calories is like 'when will i be able to stop 🥴'.

      @@md-ej9hq I don't count calories when I eat, but I still like knowing how much I burn when I work out. For me it's just a kind of win, like saying I ran 10 kilometers, just that I can say I burned 500 calories or something instead. I'm so sorry to hear about your disorder and wish you good health, but I think everyone should be allowed to measure their workouts the way they want to :) and for me that is in time or calories. I think calories sometimes is easier bcuz sometimes you have a long workout, but won't burn as much, if it doesn't have Cardio etc. and then it's hard to compare Workouts if you dont use both. But to each their own. As long as you're happy with your style ~

    Tal vez mi comentario se pierda entre tantos, pero soy de las personas que no tienen tiempo para hacer un rutina completa y buscaba algo rápido para volver a activarme y no seguir con la vida "sedentaria" (que por meses he dejado de hacer ejercicio).     I just want to say that I am honestly in tears right now because I have been struggling with exercising ever since I’ve been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and also having a baby on top of that and I have never found a work out on TH-cam where someone is having so much fun and making it so much fun for myself so thank you so much for these videos and please keep up these dancing party cardio workouts because they’re easy on my feet and my hands and I just have so much fun doing them!!!

    I haven’t exercised in a really, really long time (like years, I think), and I just did this (adapted, a bit). I enjoyed it! You have a fabulous smile and I enjoyed the music and had some fun! As a type-A person, I really appreciate the effort that you put into the video: the audio cue that you’re about to switch moves, and the video in the mirror of the next move, and I love the countdown! You’re very, very organized! Thanks for this!

    Your energy is so motivating. Nice of you to put burpees/pushups in for the more advanced-
    which I'm not but I kept my body moving 😊 and alternated between standup crunches and hamstring curls. Thanks for the variety!! ❤

    Dude these are amazing. I am 2 months postpartum and I’m getting my body back. These are intense enough through high intensity that I sweat but low impact enough to get my body back into the swing after not doing much fitness for months. I feel amazing. 😭

    I just have to say ... Im 36 years old, always been a little bit chubby (not much) and never ever worked out. After finding you that has changed 100%! I use your app and love it, and now I have started doing these dance videoes before my daily routine (big booty tight tummy) because I just LOVE working out! 😮😮😮 Big big big thanks to you! My body is now FIT and I feel so great!!

    I was so excited to do this workout at my lunch break today! This was amazing and I couldn’t believe that I was able to do the plank and mountain climbers. Never was able to do it before and it wasn’t until after I was done that I realized what I did! Thanks Jo💜

    I tore my achilles and had surgery a week ago. I am allowed no weight bearing on my bad leg for 6 weeks! I did this workout (with modifications) sitting down!! It was GREAT! No excuses y’all … keep moving no matter your circumstances! Thanks Jo!
