@@md-ej9hq I don't count calories when I eat, but I still like knowing how much I burn when I work out. For me it's just a kind of win, like saying I ran 10 kilometers, just that I can say I burned 500 calories or something instead. I'm so sorry to hear about your disorder and wish you good health, but I think everyone should be allowed to measure their workouts the way they want to :) and for me that is in time or calories. I think calories sometimes is easier bcuz sometimes you have a long workout, but won't burn as much, if it doesn't have Cardio etc. and then it's hard to compare Workouts if you dont use both. But to each their own. As long as you're happy with your style ~

I just want to say that I am honestly in tears right now because I have been struggling with exercising ever since I’ve been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and also having a baby on top of that and I have never found a work out on TH-cam where someone is having so much fun and making it so much fun for myself so thank you so much for these videos and please keep up these dancing party cardio workouts because they’re easy on my feet and my hands and I just have so much fun doing them!!!
I tore my achilles and had surgery a week ago. I am allowed no weight bearing on my bad leg for 6 weeks! I did this workout (with modifications) sitting down!! It was GREAT! No excuses y’all … keep moving no matter your circumstances! Thanks Jo!

I'm going to do this workout for 15days, and then I'll switch to a more intense workout! I'm actually preparing for getting into the armed forces, so I need to become fit for it! I do believe my body is perfect as it is right now, but I also believe there's always room for improvement! I'm combining this video with a 1000 calories diet and another 15-20mints workout for better results! I'll keep checking in to update my progress everyday. Current weight : 75kgs Goal: 60kgs Day 1(17/08/2024): ✅ sweating a lot, and got really refreshed for the morning. Going for a round 2 with a different workout for 15-20mints. Idk how much calories are burnt in this workout, but my target is to lose at least 200 calories per day. (Ended up doing more workouts than i had targetted) Day2(18/08/2024):❌ Day3(19/08/2024):❌ I had body pain after the first day of workout and got busy with some home chores and festival. Day4(20/08/2024):✅ lil less sweating compared to the first day. And the workout completed faster than I expected, so going for another rounds...! Day 5(21/08/24):❌ Day 6(22/08/24):❌ Day 7(23/08/24):❌ I know I skipped some days, but I'll keep tracking till i complete exercising for 15 days! (Even though it may be irregular!!) Day 8(24/08/24):✅did workout in he morning and in the evening again! Day9(25/08/24):❌ Day10(26/08/24):✅ wasn't sweating much during workout, but after it's completion, my face started sweating a lot. Day 11(27/08/24):✅ Day 12(28/08/24):✅ i got shortlisted for military, I'm gonna have to level up my workout. Wish me luck 🤞 it's on 12sept!! Day 13(29/08/24):✅ added the 2 week chloe ting challenge as well from today! Did 300× rope skipping Day 14:(30/08/24):✅ started the day with 500× rope skipping Day 15(31/08/24):✅ 1000× rope skipping and also at day 3 of 2 week shred programme !! Day 16(01/09/24):❌I couldn't do exercises today, but I did walk over 4500 steps and burnt 220+ calories. But I did have an ice cream coz I felt sm cravings for it and I kinda didn't follow my calorie count today. I tried to minimise my portions as much as i could😭 Day 17(02/09/24):✅ it was a rainy day so I couldn't go out for skipping, but i just mimicked skipping without rope at home for around 1000× Day 18(03/09/24):✅ it was a rest day for chloe ting challenge but since i took a day off before i went to day 6 of chloe ting directly! My periods started and then my relatives came over...so I wasn't able to continue my workouts... I weighed myself at 12 sept and it cane out 72.8kgs. I'll start a different workout soon, but that'll all for my workout updates for this time!
Dude these are amazing. I am 2 months postpartum and I’m getting my body back. These are intense enough through high intensity that I sweat but low impact enough to get my body back into the swing after not doing much fitness for months. I feel amazing. 😭

As you always say staying consistent is key! I always love these dance vids. I do about 2/3 of these a day (4x a week) throughout my day to keep my upbeat attitude up. Please do more of these! I've been looking for exercises for so long. But dance exercises they are simply the best for me, fun and very motivating. After them I feel sweaty but I know I did something. Yesterday was my first day of training and I feel wonderful! I get discouraged easily when I don't see any results, but I found that it's also a longer process and you have to wait patiently for the results, which will turn out to be worth it!!
As a 17 year old, for most of my life I have been overweight and found it very hard to follow normal workouts. When I was younger I used to go to zumba classes and knew from then that my preferred way of working out was dancing though I was always discouraged when I got too tired. For the first time, I decided to tweak the moves a little bit whenever I got too tired and I found myself having so much fun! Your expressions and hype ups help so much I ended up doing two work outs! I'll definitely be trying more and thank you so much for these!

Hi Jo, I’m an Italian girl and I’m a huge fan of Britney Spears (got her tattoo on my arm). I became morbidly obese during the last two years. I’m a nurse and covid overwhelmed me. I ate like crap between shifts. This is my first workout in two years, I couldn’t do all the moves, but I kept on going and I’m glad I was able to finish. I'm going to do this workout for 15days, and then I'll switch to a more intense workout! I'm actually preparing for getting into the armed forces, so I need to become fit for it! I do believe my body is perfect as it is right now, but I also believe there's always room for improvement! I'm combining this video with a 1000 calories diet and another 15-20mints workout for better results!
I'll keep checking in to update my progress everyday.

Day 1(17/08/2024): ✅ sweating a lot, and got really refreshed for the morning. Going for a round 2 with a different workout for 15-20mints. Idk how much calories are burnt in this workout, but my target is to lose at least 200 calories per day.
(Ended up doing more workouts than i had targetted)

I had body pain after the first day of workout and got busy with some home chores and festival.
Day4(20/08/2024):✅ lil less sweating compared to the first day. And the workout completed faster than I expected, so going for another rounds...!

I know I skipped some days, but I'll keep tracking till i complete exercising for 15 days! (Even though it may be irregular!!)
Day 8(24/08/24):✅did workout in he morning and in the evening again!

Day10(26/08/24):✅ wasn't sweating much during workout, but after it's completion, my face started sweating a lot.
Day 11(27/08/24):✅
Day 12(28/08/24):✅ i got shortlisted for military, I'm gonna have to level up my workout. Wish me luck 🤞 it's on 12sept!!
Day 13(29/08/24):✅ added the 2 week chloe ting challenge as well from today! Did 300× rope skipping
Day 14:(30/08/24):✅ started the day with 500× rope skipping
Day 15(31/08/24):✅ 1000× rope skipping and also at day 3 of 2 week shred programme !!
Day 16(01/09/24):❌I couldn't do exercises today, but I did walk over 4500 steps and burnt 220+ calories. But I did have an ice cream coz I felt sm cravings for it and I kinda didn't follow my calorie count today. I tried to minimise my portions as much as i could😭
Day 17(02/09/24):✅ it was a rainy day so I couldn't go out for skipping, but i just mimicked skipping without rope at home for around 1000×
Day 18(03/09/24):✅ it was a rest day for chloe ting challenge but since i took a day off before i went to day 6 of chloe ting directly!
My periods started and then my relatives came over...so I wasn't able to continue my workouts...
I weighed myself at 12 sept and it cane out 72.8kgs. I'll start a different workout soon, but that'll all for my workout updates for this time!

I've been looking for exercises for so long. But dance exercises they are simply the best for me, fun and very motivating. After them I feel sweaty but I know I did something. Yesterday was my first day of training and I feel wonderful!
I get discouraged easily when I don't see any results, but I found that it's also a longer process and you have to wait patiently for the results, which will turn out to be worth it!!
As a 17 year old, for most of my life I have been overweight and found it very hard to follow normal workouts. When I was younger I used to go to zumba classes and knew from then that my preferred way of working out was dancing though I was always discouraged when I got too tired. For the first time, I decided to tweak the moves a little bit whenever I got too tired and I found myself having so much fun! Your expressions and hype ups help so much I ended up doing two work outs! I'll definitely be trying more and thank you so much for these!

I was skeptical about trying this workout as I was not sure about dancing to Britney Spears. This was truly a fun dance party and my heart rate was UP! Jo, I wonder if you would consider doing a Whitney Houston Dance Party “I Wanna Dance with Somebody”? I can only imagine the moves that you would come up with.

Did this one today! Just doing the 30 days of walking challenge and making sure I get my Jo in everyday....and doing some outdoor walking also....building up that "love" for fitness again where I don't want to miss it cuz its FUN! Once I am consistent I get results.

Hi Jo, I’m an Italian girl and I’m a huge fan of Britney Spears (got her tattoo on my arm). I became morbidly obese during the last two years. I’m a nurse and covid overwhelmed me. I ate like crap between shifts. This is my first workout in two years, I couldn’t do all the moves, but I kept on going and I’m glad I was able to finish. To some people 15 mins can be nothing, but this gave me so much confidence and happiness. I’m so proud I did it all. Your smile is contagious. THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤
