Wow...Osteoarthritis of my knees and internal inflammation along my legs disallows me from executing fully the seated Vajrasana.. It's bn 10 yrs since I did yoga..my osteo had commenced b4 that.. Just resumed practice abt a week ..getting into poses somewhat..b4 with consistent yoga practice daily inflammation gradually went off..hoping for the same this time..can't do The Plank and Locust though no matter what....knees will hurt (like having fallen on a tarred road) Yoga...the best thing on earth..without a doubt..

I wanted to quit in the first 5 mins, but I reminded myself of how good and proud I feel when I’ve finished. I’ve completed it now, it was brilliant and so relaxing, my worries melted away as I focused on my breath and your voice. Do this for yourself! You’ll feel great after!

Aah this was exactly what I needed! Thank you! As always, your class is super easy to follow without looking at the screen (only occasionally when I'm not familiar with a pose) and I really love the gentle tiny instructions to improve a pose even more (like, "don't put your weight on your palms but lift throught the back", for cobra). And, very many yesses to an evening routine!!
I’m new here I’m weightlifter, but I do yoga three times a week with classes so I’m new here sometimes I can’t make it to the classes so I’ll do it at home. This was awesome. Thanks a lot Jessica I’ll be here a lot more. Thanks again.

Perfect session. I’ve got my last year of high school exams starting tomorrow and I’ve used your videos to breath through the stress and sleep after a hard day of studying. I feel confident and energised now.
My path includes recovering from a shoulder injury, and once a week a do a 20-30 min yoga class to test my progress. How wonderful to raise my arms forward, sideways, and stretch behind my back now! What a wonderful class! I thank you very much.

this was great!! ive had an all in or all out mentality with my weightloss and it has been difficult. so i am starting over by making small changes. i have left facebook and all other social media (except youtube cuz here is where i get my exercises from) and i started this yoga workout in the morning and im heading off to get healthy supplements to support my gut health as i know its terrible. im going to start reading books again. I'm excited to start this journey off on a more positive note. Thank you

This is my new morning routine from now on. I’m overweight now and haven’t done yoga on regular basis for 3 years. I’m very excited to gently get into it starting with my morning routine.
What I noticed is that my wrist start hurting especially moving into side plank. Is this just beginner pains 😅 or would you recommend warming up my wrists
I heard a way to avoid wrist pain is to act as if you're push the floor away. It's worked for me. If it doesn't work, I would try warming up the wrists as you mentioned.
Just discovered this but I do practice yoga using other videos and apps. Some initial observations - the voice over description is very clear/concise and instructive; I also noted how the camera work seems superior so that you can see all the movements you're supposed to make which doesnt always happen on other yoga media. Impressed.

I heard a way to avoid wrist pain is to act as if you're push the floor away. It's worked for me. If it doesn't work, I would try warming up the wrists as you mentioned.
Try fanning your fingers out and gripping the floor, this is what people call yoga hands. Takes some pressure of the wrists.
