    I think the paint can start to peel if their is to much thinner in the paint mix. using a primer that leaves a rough surface makes the paint stick better... like using an adhesion promoter between the primer and paint lair, a lite dusting, does not have to be full coverage. the surface should feel like sand paper before being painted, but not to be sanded to get the rough texture. "vary lite primer coat".

    Hey man, I was wondering, do you have any advice on how to cover exposed wiring that can be seen? There's a cluster of wiring coming from the front of my fuel tank to the headlight cluster and it looks quite unsightly. Currently I'm using a cheap cable sleeve but it doesn't look that neat. What do you use?

  • @onhawaii
    @onhawaii 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    With the frame neck off and only straighten "good enough" the bike isn't going to ride straight and will be not save to ride. But like always you have to work with what you have on your hands. Maybe you can find a shop that can straighten it for you? And you will promote them on your channel if they give you a nice price for the work. Or they might even sponsor that for your channel. But don't forget to replace the bearings! Boi you need to step up your game! If you run into jobs you cant manage get help for the job. I know that will cost some money sometimes but it also shows a solution to a problem you can run into. You already spend money to rebuild the bike but if you build it on a bend frame it is all worth less. There are things you should not skip on doing and that is everything that regards to you risking your health and life on riding the bikes. What happen if you go into a left turn and it pulls you right into oncoming traffic? If you end up in the hospital it cost you more then the money you need to invest to make the bike save. And it even can cost your life. Are you willing to pay that price to ride the bike?
