Hey All ❤ This lower body workout is perfect for days where you want to work, but want something a little more low impact & gentle on your body. I’m using a 10kg (22lbs) dumbbell. When choosing your weight(s) pick something you can feel and challenges you, but also enables you to maintain good form. Happy training and absolutely crush it 🔥😘

All of our workouts are designed so that you can use any weight. So if your 8lbs are starting to feel too easy you can either try to get more reps in or slow the reps down and add pauses this will keep you under contraction longer xx
Nobody answer to you and you posted it a while ago but the answer can be useful for someone else. For my leg day I use it alone. When I have enough energy I had something else shorter after it. And don’t forget to cool down after your workout, stretch a little
