    I’ve been doing this exercise for 45 days. Combined with diet meal plan, the result is real. My legs are slimmer now (especially thighs). Plan on keep doing this exercise 🥰🥰

    Once you get through those kickbacks everything else falls into place that you don't even realize your half way done with the first set! Definitely feeling the burn in this workout

    I am a guy form the Netherlands and normally I just train weights in the gym. My pr for squat is 135kg (298lbs), and I can do sets with 90kg (200lbs). But I came across these resistance bands and I thought ''how hard can it be I have strong legs'', so I bought these bands. But holy moly am I gonna feel this tomorrow. This was such a good exercise and a really nice mix up with what I normally do. Definetly going to fit these kinda workouts in my week more often!

    Love how simple this is, then do it 4x but you feel EACH EXERCISE and its not too hard, but enough of a push thanks! keep more band work outs coming they are my fav!!

    I JUST LOVE THIS WORKOUT! First two days I started following this workout I only did 2 rounds, today I was determined enough to complete them all!!! IT IS SO EASY AND I ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH THANK YOU

    First day I only did two rounds, I loved it! Today I was only convinced I would manage three, but I said screw it and finished! I am so proud of myself. Definitely feeling the burn!

    Sher Kreim. Thank you so much for doing this. I had arm severed and reattached and everytime I have reconstruction surgeries from bad car accident, it’s starting over. I have no shoulder. It’s my bones, bovine ligaments and titanium. Being a gym rat I have to start at the beginning each time. The shoulder keeps you from everything including running. So it’s frustrating. You have made this amazing. It’s kicking my butt, but you do it so I understand and I just want my gym ray body back. You are amazing.

    This is the best band work out I have seen thus far music is great ans your form and muscle groups being used and your space you are in is breath taking that view .

    Ok here’s my experience guys I saw my legs getting slimmers within 5 days I am a mesomorph body type so this workout really worked for me # there was no change in my diet

    I enjoyed the type of workout but not the 4 repetitions of the same exercises and not the too many bleep sounds which I find confusing and distracting 😊

    What brand of resistance bands do you recommend. I have a 5 set of the Halle Berry Re-spin bands and using for first time. Total junk. Just roll into a thin line and do nothing. I’m using the X-hard.
