Being a pre-University student, these videos are massively helpful. I have for a prolonged period of time searched for videos that methodically dissect the art of oration and leadership, beyond the New Age humdrum that clogs up much of the field. These videos, from a lecturer at one of the best business schools in the world, have been of great assistance, thank you Mr. Neill.

I use your videos in my Writing Class, in my Public Speaking Class, and in my Leadership class. Thanks so much for your unique perspectives on just about every management issue you take on.

I like your presentation method. Calm, subtle not bombastic and rapid. Clear and simple versus complex and tumultuous. It's very close to a private conversation with someone who cares. No indicators of stress, few Tut's and Huff's. Great attention control with positive words said with detail to breath and heart connect. I really enjoy your efforts and video.

With over 20 years of commercial management in a Fortune 500 company, I have seen and heard 1000 ( costly) theories on what’s best to do. And yet every year we reinvent the wheel.
Thank you for having shared such a concise résumé of how to lead people properly. It’s sad that this kind of view is not yet mainstream, just for the sake of its efficient simplicity.

Absolutely fantastic. The reality is that this is something most of us have been doing "instinctively" using our experience, but I had never seen the theory explained so thoroughly.

Thank you so much for this video Mr Neill. You have no idea how much this simple video changed the way i look into leading people. I have been showing this video to the whole Company (nearly 200 people) so they can all treat each other correctly and develop their skills and able to identify others skills level in order to be able to help them grow too has professionals. I´ve noticed that this video was inspired on the book The Leader's Window which i bought to learn more about the area of leading people but couldn´t find much about the drawing you have up on the board on it. Does the Diagram part of another book? Many thanks

Sound explanations. Leading people; Leaders need to get the attitude of motivation. Then they need to get the great Experience in what they are doing in their business or companies. They need to get leadership skills to build their team or organizations. They need to know how to summarize certain things. Especially the task they are require to do in the business. Good explanation sir.

Watched the presentation again and was wondering what your thoughts are on the following; Initially you mentioned that we need adapt our leadership style to the a specific task that is allocated to each individual. Theoretically, in an organization where staff are assigned multiple tasks, would it not be the case that same individual could be in several areas of the matrix depending on the task that was assigned to him? This would also mean that we could be micro-managing someone on one particular assignment while fully delegating on another? And would not this potentially affect the performance of that individual on any of the tasks assigned to him?

Thanks a lot for the video Conor. I have a concern though about experienced employees who lose motivation. Let's say the total score is 3 with 2 for experience and 1 (or even 0) for motivation. I'm not sure if the "lead" style is applicable here. What do you think?
