Years ago I think I heard Tony Robbins talking about "strategic recipes" - and what he meant was a process that guaranteed to put you in a positive, abundant, grateful, curious state - and some of my recipes are walking, exercise, listening (and playing) to music...
For me, #1 and #3 clearly work. #2 not so much. When I'm struggling and I think of others who matter to me and what they would expect from me (sons, wife, parents, friends...) I become absolutely terrified and the pressure makes me feel paralyzed, making the situation worse. But I guess everyone is different and others can find the right amount of motivation and inspiration.

#1 works with me to a point- then I feel as if I’m just this madman wandering around for miles with no real idea of why, or to what point. I see all the people around me with lives and it leaves me feeling even more alienated. But I agree it helps with the feelings of anxiety .

At the retreat last week there was a breathwork session... and I can remember when I used to do a lot of scuba diving, how well I felt after a dive... and I think a lot of it has to do with the way scuba diving forces me to really slow down my breathing

I feel having happy healthy family is my priority yet Universe hasn't sent me anyone in years to make it happen.Im educatated, attractive , friendly and feminine yet cannot seem to be able to get what I want...Instead I'm in high demand professionally and I'm getting frustrated as its not a new job that I need but someone to have a family with 😢what should I do?
